Frank was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and personable. We felt like we've known him for years. I'd definitely recommend anyone I know that wants to by a GM product, they should take the short drive up to Jamestown.

I just recently had brought my car into the Body Shop for work then to the Service Department for a recall. Tim in the body who inspected my car was great. He did a throughout check on my vehicle for any damages not visible and was reassuring that the work would be done promptly. Jimmy the “ Body Shop Manager” was also pleasant. The paint job that was done was flawless. Chelsea over in the Service Office is always a joy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about her co workers Dave Kenny and Caitlyn Ball either. The whole office is professional and hard workers. I needed a part ordered for my vehicle and Dennis the Parts Manager made that happen quickly. His parts guys Jared and Donnie are wonderful too. The gals in the office also a delight. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at this dealership. The employees are what makes Sierra Motors great.

I Purchased my new 21 Chevy Trail Boss from Kenny back at the end of August. I live about 300 miles away so everything was handled over the phone. Kenny and the staff at Sierra Motors were extremely courteous and professional. Kenny is very knowledgeable. Even though the truck was not available he kept me updated and was quick to answer all my questions. Given the current climate of the auto industry, Sierra Motors was very fair in the negotiations. They were able to convert my cloth seats to a very high quality grade leather that I think is better than factory. The were also able to upgrade my seats that had heated to include cooling that are far better than the cooling seats on my previous GM vehicle. Mike in finance went out of his way to help complete the process and help me protect my truck. I have already referred them a couple of customers who were very pleased. Even though they are not near by, I will continue to recommend them.

Dave in the service department came through. As a professional mechanic I do not normally trust taking my vehicle to dealerships for diagnosing the faults on my personal vehicles. However, Sierra motors worked with me in getting my 2016 Suburban back in action and I do truly appreciate this.

My family used to own this dealership back when it was Kelley Motors. Obviously we don’t own it now through a series of unfortunate events we haven’t owned it since the 2000s. Hope it’s still running well and doing good, my great grandpa John’s business. Just nice to see it’s still there.

Long story short, I screwed up and bought a bad truck from another dealership. We’ve had to spend a lot
Of money in repairs to get this truck where we could tow with it. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Heath in the service department throughout this process. Even at a point when I lost my composure after running into another issue and looking at more money. Heath has always done what he could to ease the pain, been respectful and raised the bar when it comes to customer service. This has become a project truck, and still have some things to take care of before we sell it, but thank you for everything!

I give 5 stars because the service advisor, Dave, gets me in and out in a timely manner. He is very professional and makes sure my truck is handled with care when I go in for service. I will continue to come in for great service. The parts guys are very helpful as well.

(First experience)
I give 3 stars because the sales and service team are friendly but I recently took my Silverado 3500HD for the first oil service and told them how I felt about doing all services on all my vehicles myself and knew it would be done to my expectations if I did it. But I also knew keeping it documented with GM by having them do it would be the best route. I was told they would take care of everything and go above and beyond, including checking all fluids and topping everything off. However, after driving home, my DEF light turned on, indicating it was well below half, I literally added about 5 gallons of DEF myself. Now, I question the whole service visit of what was completed and checked. I was specifically told they would fill my DEF, and that did not happen. How do I really know that everything else was completed the way it should have been. Then I called back to question this complaint, even leaving a voice-mail with the service writer, and now it's been a few days without even a call back to apologize for the simple mistake. Now, here I am writing this review. I came here because my purchasing dealer was a joke. Now I question this dealership as well. I probably won't be back unless I get a phone call that I deserve. (Update, I did receive a call back about a week later. The reason for the delay was that she was out sick)
(The service manager also contacted me through the mail and sent over a complimentary Oil Change Service to make up for the inconvenience)
I can respect the fairness and will continue returning in the future.

Frank was very helpful and one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. Nathan in Finance did not try to force us to take the add ons and made that side of the sale a pleasant one. Thank you all we will definately be back for another vehicle again someday.
