Justin helped us get our passports and he was very friendly and helpful w the process definitely a good experience, I was nervous to drive over an hour and not get the help I needed but it was fast easy and great service!

I just wanted to say the lady that gives me packages is very nice. I see her almost every day and I don't even know her name. Ever since Covid-19 in 2020, Postal Workers have been absolutely swamped. There have been several areas of American society that haven't fully recovered since, including Mail Service. I know everyone is out of their mind hearing that all the time, but the worker shortage is going to last a while. The economy sucks, younger people have jobs online, and older generations are retiring. I've lived here for 5 years an have only had an issue changing my PO box. This is a great place to receive mail, and I appreciate that awesome lady in the mailroom.

These folks are having to work basically understaffed and with one arm tied behind their back. Yall give them a break! They are great, hard working folks doing their best to get your mail to you. Please be patient and appreciative of these folks! Nothings perfect! How bout next time you are in the Post office giving these folks a big thank you for all they do! If you arent happy with rural life then the Bay area will take you back I am sure!

The staff gets 4 stars and that’s a good review, but they definitely have made a couple fiasco’s for me because people do not listen, but whatever. Not going to get into that on here.

Id rather give zero stars because the lobby doors are locked at 6pm, which is Ridiculous, retarded and an inconvenience.

I remember before covid you could get off work late and the lobby would be open until 9pm.

My new work boots are locked up and I cant get to them. Very frustrating.

On the website it says my package was delivered to my mailbox.it wasn’t there. This has happened several times. The last time I got a note in my mailbox saying package was to big to put in mailbox. The next day the package was in my mailbox. I am always getting someone else’s mail. Need to hire someone who can do the job correctly.

The older man that works at this post office is a passive aggressive bully that throws fits when he’s inconvenienced, filed a case against him for slamming a pen at me, not to mention they’re horrible at delivering the packages.

Received a phone call from garbage company that they were notified by the post office that my house is vacant!@! That is the house next door!!!!
