Mr. Beyersdorf is a great person and an excellent attorney! He's handled two cases superbly for my then- boyfriend and now turned husband. The first was as a court appointed attorney where he stuck by us for two long years, bc my husband's co-defendant never showed up to court (at all!) until the day the trial ended! We were there and so was Mr. Beyersdorf pretty much every two months. Finally the co-defendant took a deal (since he was the guilty party who my husband had offered a ride to) & my husband was cleared of his charges. I attribute that - not only to my husband being innocent but to the fact that Mr. Beyersdorf stuck with us throughout the entire 2 yrs & believed us & fought for us. The second time we retained his services was more serious, yet more ridiculous than the first but we'd heard that he'd gone on to start a practice as a defense attorney and wanted to work with someone we not only knew, but knew that we were not going to lie to him and he would be understanding of what had happened. Our first meeting at his office immediately reinforced why we'd chosen to go back to him. It was a very nice meeting, he listened and was understanding and knew that my husband was getting a bad rap for things he'd (yes actually) done as a stupid kid in his early 20's! But that was 20 yrs ago and yet the prosecution would bring it up,which is ridiculous bc they'd had our lives in hold for those two years and what really constituted another four yrs, thankfully the legal process did not take that long this time. Mr. Beyersdorf will listen, understand, be kind and fight for you no matter what He is very smart and amazing at what he does. We'd both recommend him to anyone who needs a great lawyer who will believe and listen to you regardless of what the supposed "justice" system is trying to get you to plead to,even when you are innocent. I'm sure he'd fight just as hard for you if you were not innocent if you are honest with him. He's not judgemental and gets the job job done. I hope we never need an attorney again but if we did he is the first person I would go to for help. If you're smart you would too!

David is very bad about getting back after the fact My son had 3 formal sentencing hearing I wasn't in the court room on the last I did see David at the top of the steps David informed me that my son was sentenced to 8 and would only be serving 5 of those The DA office came back with the same mistake and the judge said that's it Well that didnt happen He is doing 8 Almost 3 years later I still have know anwsers I have called his office time and time again Now it's on me to prove to him, is how he left it Well I believe it is in those transcripts $400.00 I dont have He will not give me any anwsers at all as to why this happened So sad and disappointed Left wondering why he has no answers
