The Candy Vault

The Candy Vault, a place for nostalgia! Whether you visit to just look/admire or to purchase from their HUGE variety of candies/treats definitely check it out...everything from candy cigarettes to wax candies, lots of chocolate and ice cream. Some have stated the staff were mean, I/we didn't find that to be the case. There's even an actual bank vault inside the store, which house's the Willy Wonka section. Give them a try

Absolutely love this place. The homemade dry ice candy is freaking amazing. Who knew? Ice cream is super tasty, and the owners/workers are always extremely friendly. My kids love a visit and when family or friends from out of town come to visit, the Candy Vault is always top of the list of things to do. Love ya Steven and fam-a-lam.

Such a quaint little store. They have a variety of chocolate, candy, and ice cream too, but I didn't try the ice cream. There is an old bank vault inside where they keep more candy and continuously run Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Nice place to stop for a little treat!

Great experience, they have Harry Potter themed candy and an actual candy vault inside the store. Plenty of joke candy too. And they have Faygo!

I love to go here for the nostalgia of all the candy from when I was a kid. My kids love to come get candy. This is a real fun place to visit

Traveling thru town, had to stop at the downtown candy store. They did not dossapoint! They have a Willy Wonka Vault, a real life vault with a story. We loved how they incorporated the local history and made it part of their unique store. My 11 year old purchased their first whoopee cushion and she was thrilled. Thank you!!

It's a great place to get your candy crush on!!.. But look into the future?? I hope they start to take EBT because business would boom if they started doing it.. Family with low incomes could enjoy the treats too.. Please looke into it Steve.. We are counting on you.. Sir!!

We visit this store a lot. The owners are so wonderful and service is great!!! They have a great selection of candy, ice cream and beverages. When shopping in downtown Sonora this place is a must.

This is the place to go for a wide variety of candy! It has favorite penny candy and ice cream too! The owner is well versed about his vault!

They have a huge selection, a good reason for going on an adventure. The kid in all of us loves candy and a good experience. They have a ton of old candies from the past and present.

Really cool candy shop in downtown Sonora. Historic building, used to be a bank and you can walk into the old vault, which is the Willy Wonka room. They also serve ice cream.

Yes, you can still purchase candies/gum
that perhaps you bought in the late 50's/early 60's. Sure brought back some memories. Like the candy cigarettes, gold nugget bubble gum, Beemans BLACKJACK gum, 7UP candy bars.

Old school candy!!! And ice cream!!! Let's see...did I like it? $23 later I can honestly say yes!!!!

Delicious chocolates, huge variety of candy and great throwback flavors and candies. Wonderful little place. Will for sure be back.

This is the only place I can get chocolate covered gummy bears, the staff is always so nice when I have to ask if they have any more as usually the bin is out of them! I always make sure to stop by and see what they have
