Two different employees from this law firm sent me the same email & attachment. I am not even their client, my friend is! Was the account billed twice since I received two employees’ communications? I don’t want to call and ask them because there will likely be a bill for asking that question. At $300 an hour I won’t ask. Is it me, or is it getting harder to find professionals who truly know how to do their work?

Terrible communications. For most of my life I have admired Gary Dambacher.
Talking to him is impossible. We called his office over a month ago and they asked my wife hundreds of questions.
They told her they would get back to her in a couple days.
It has been nearly six weeks. I just called to see if I could speak to Gary or a supervisor.
Rude receptionist hung up on me with no answer as to why they will no return our calls.
I would not use the attorney group!
