Fantastic customer service. The young lady that helped me in sporting goods was amazing. I will be shopping there again.

Good experience specially, associates in sporting goods. Help me very much with buying my first two firearms.

Drove over 3 hours to this location twice due to the fact it's the only store that's even remotely close to me that had what I needed in stock. Twice I haven't been able to get what I wanted. I expressed my thoughts, & concers on this matter to the management team. They went out of their way to ensure that I would be happy to continue shopping at Big R. This company really cares about their customers, & I can't thank them enough!! You don't see courtesy like this anymore, & I'm proud to say, that I love the Big R stores, & will most definitely be going back

Nice and clean and great customer service. Maurice helped us find boots when we had a tough time finding a particular size. He is courteous respectful and friendly. Tori is awesome too she made my day. Wish more stores had staff like this.

I was traveling cross country and I had a trailer lose its hitch pin and the trailer came lose doing damage to my truck and was dead in the water until It was repaired. Safety cables, break cable, and other necessary hitch accessories. I went in to the Big R store in Las Vegas New Mexico and this guy named Mike Salazar helped me and my son out and walked us through the isles and made sure I had everything I needed to get back on the road. Super cool guy and deserves an accommodation for being the best of Big R!! In all my years I have never run across a kinder, giving and understanding person in my life. Today Mike you were our guardian angel thanks man! Oh ps we made it home safe and sound....

I had to drive up from Santa Fe to buy a trailer here. The manager was friendly and prompt to get the paper work done and send me on my way. 10 out of 10 on her. When my family moves to Pecos in a few years this is the Big R I will be using.

Staff always greet and ask if you need assistance. Excellent inventory of just about everything.

Helpful people and the store is nice. I love tha gun side of tha store the most. Like I said real helpful people all around tha store👌
