Brianna was amazing! Super easy to talk with and ask questions (I haven't switched my car insurance since I was a teenager, so I had a lot of them!) She was able to get me a decent rate and I can actually say our interaction was both enjoyable and informative!

A couple years ago. I hooked up with Vern Fonk for insurance after being without for a few years. they set me up with Dairyland for a reasonable for me price all things considered. Recently, I was considering shopping around for a better price. Tonight, Horacio Rodriguez happened to call to let me know he could save me $ by switching to a different company for insurance and was informative and patient while he went through my options and the process of transitioning from one provider to another. I bought a Kia Sorrento last year before anyone had told me that it’s impossible to get them insured. I spent all day long calling every single Car Insurance Pl. I could possibly find and then went down the list in Google from broker to broker and had all of them tell me that there was no one that would ensure the Kia. I finally decided to call Vern Fonk as I remembered the commercials from back in the day, they were not able to get me coverage. It wasn’t the cheapest but again that’s my bad for getting a Kia and having not had But when month term ended, take it upon themselves to find you the best rate and go out of their way to call you and offer you a cheaper rate before you renew. I Never would’ve To call them I would’ve just renewed my current coverage. I tried to call a couple other insurer to see if anything had changed and they all said no nobody is ensuring Kia. But Neil.Druliner was absolutely incredible. He called me days before my son‘s birthday to save me over $1000 with a better offer on a new policy. I do not know what I would do without these guys. They are absolutely amazing thank you so much the work you do me very well. Have saved our family a hard struggle trying to afford our previous coverage. Thank you, thank you thank you

Horacio Rodriquez was awesome and so helpful! He grabbed me a new quote for insurance without me even asking and found a more affordable option for me! I’ve been using Geico for a several years now and just left for Vern Fonk. Geico cancelled the insurance on both my vehicles with only a terse letter insufficiently explaining why. I tried to get in contact with them and listened to a robot tell me I had to use their website. I tried their website and was routed to a phone call that began the merry cycle again.

I then called up Vern Fonk where Horacio helped me get a better price for both my vehicles WITH roadside assistance within the hour! It was a seamless, easy experience AND I was able to speak to a real human being. Thank you, Horacio! You’re the best of the best!

I have had great communcation with Horacio and the team at Vern Fonk. He was very understanding and helpful in getting me car insurance. I unfortunately have a few accidents on my record and there prices were high but the best I could find. Big applause to Brianna for helping me today!! After being told there is a ban on insuring my car from several places, Gieco, Progressive, nope!! I drive a Kia so screw me!! They are getting stolen a lot and apparently that's the fault of the drivers not the maker of the vehicle or maybe the TONS of websites showing how to steal a Kia. Not with Vern Fonk and good ol' Brianna. She got me a rate, again cuz of the type of car I have it is quite expensive but she worked her lil tail off to work with me and get me a good policy that fit my needs and I can afford. she did get me a sizeable discount and thanks to her I was able to drive safely to work today. Every representative/associate I’ve worked with has been very helpful. They’ve guided me through the application process of getting the insurance I needed. I had a couple hiccups on my end with not having my finances available to finalize the insurance process. Which in turn I had to end my sessions with them. Now here’s the best part. Every time I endured a different associate, they would pick off where the last associate left off. Really made it easy for me to work with. So with that being said, thank you, Konstantine, Ginger, and Brianna Wickstrom! You guys rock. I’m missing one other person, but I forgot his name. Hopefully he reads this review. I called for Ginger to finalize, but the gentleman whose name I have forgotten politely offered to help. Thinking that it’d be too much of an inconvenience for him, I had to kindly decline. I could only assume Ginger was helping another customer. So lastly after discussing with the dealership associate about my luck with reaching Ginger, he asked me to call the insurance company one last time. That’s where Brianna stepped in.
