Fairchild Mini Storage

Amazing kind management, even after changing ownership/names.We’ve rented a storage unit here for the last years and haven’t had an issue once. We’ve rented a U-Haul here when moving homes too, which was seamless. The only reason we don’t have storage here anymore is because we finally started utilizing the storage in our home. I am so thankful for the experience and time we had our items safely stored at Fairchild mini storage, to give us time to finally utilize the storage at home. The facility is clean and easy to access day or night. The storage rent is cheaper than others in the area, too. Thanks so much for everything!

Great place with affordable storage. Nothing fancy, or complicated. Just straight forward, basic, quality storage with a friendly helpful guy art the service counter. I recommend this place and glad I went with them. The only con I can think of is Hwy 2 making our so you have to go around to get to it, but that's not the storage facilities fault at all. More on how Airway Heights designed it weird, but again nothing complicated or difficult to figure out.

Harvey was awesome! Very good at answering all our questions and got us the storage unit we needed to fit our lives.

Rented for a few months to store some kayaks and other small things. Area is easy to get in and out of. Management is clear and professional. No issues at all with my time here and I would recommend them others without hesitation.

I have rented storage units before that had highly problematic move out schedules. I recently accepted a new role out of state with a fast flip time. Messaged management over email and had it noted without issue, extra charges, or any extra hoops which to me is highly valuable in a company. 5/5 stars with no reason to doubt my opinion.

Honestly the best experience I ever had! The guy was so friendly and gave discounts and he was so helpful ! He was patient too and very reassuring I would definitely recommend to allll my friends!

Ease of payment online. Nice facility. My stuff has been in storage there for over 2 years. Still in great condition.

Called the 800 number to rent a trailer last minute came into Fairchild mini storage and Harvey was able to fix our reservation for us! Hooked up the trailer to our truck for us and everything! Thank you so much Harvey for everything! Definitely calling you when we have to rent our next trailer! Uhaul you have a great man working for you guys!

Very easy to view and sign the contract electronically and the prices can't be beat.

I have been renting a 12x40 storage unit from this Company for 4 years and had various dealings with the Uhaul side for over 15 years since being stationed here with the Army. The staff have been simple fantastic. Unfortunately there's been a rash of brake ins with the various storage facilities in Airway Heights but the professionalism and curiosity these people have shown my wife and I has been unsurpassed. If you are considering a storage facility for your valuables I could not recommend this group any stronger. We are moving out of state but if we were staying, we would continue to rent from Fairchild Mini Storage. There that good. A pleasure doing business with you gentleman.

First-time customer here.

I called in and left a message inquiring about availability etc. I received a call back shortly after  from representative Becca. Becca Spoke with excellent knowledge about the facility and quickly provided me with answers to all of my questions. I decided to rent a unit. Becca seamlessly walked me through the application process over the phone, and within minutes, I was all taken care of.

I showed up shortly before closing time on day of a horrendous wind storm! I had to get a unit that day & their computer was down! Thank goodness for Becca! She went WAY above & beyond to help me out! She was going to handwrite everything, then discovered she could do it on her phone only to get to end of rental & it wouldn't let her finalize the agreement! She stayed well past closing time in order to ensure I could move my belongings in that night! Was absolutely magnificent customer service & true example of going above & beyond to help a customer in dire need! Thank you again Becca I greatly appreciate your help!!!

Very helpful. Lady was extremely nice and got everything setup/moved out quickly. There was a lot of discussion and they were very open about everything I needed to know. All in all a good place and good people.

Harvey Thoreson made a difficult task of moving my son from Bellingham to Spokane soooo much easier. He worked with us and relieved so much stress and made the process a lot smoother. He went the extra mile going above and beyond for example calling us when we forgot to call him. He was always positive and reassuring. THANK YOU for all your assistance Harvey. You are a standout asset to U Haul and a courteous and helpful resource to the customers.

10 star customer service! I showed up to move out of my storage unit, and found my uhual that I rented elsewhere without a dolly. Harvey and Becca graciously set me up a dolly for me to OWN, and sent me on my statewide journey.

10/10. The guy who worked there pretty much saved my life that day, helped me start my car multiple times and allowed me to wait in the building instead of outside in the cold when my car was dead. Also a great human to talk to! Couldn’t recommend more.

If I could rate anything six stars, this would be the place. The U-Haul main website did not do all the legwork, and Chandler Hammond was able to fix multiple issues on the spot. His dedication to customer service is unrivaled; tohe was ready willing and able to go the extra mile to make sure we had a successful trip. Hats off to you, sir!
