Working with Glade was seamless. I am a mortgage loan officer here in California, and Glade was the seller's agent when my mom bought her house. The escrow process was quick and smooth, and Glade went above and beyond in making sure everything requested was done, even extra requests that were made late in the process that would normally not be considered. He wanted to make sure that all parties were 100% happy, and he did what it took to effect that. The communication was phenomenal. I would highly recommend him!
