Becky is phenomenal to work with. We are a transaction coordination company working with agents all across the state and Becky was a cut above and a pleasure to work with on the other side of our deal.

I hired Becky after my former property management company declined tremendously in quality over the past 2 years. Becky is a high-energy go-getter that is transparent almost to a fault (I mean that in a good way!). She helped me navigate the rental market right as the market softened. Although it took some time to get tenants, her tenacity helped us get the best tenants you could ask for. She is so responsive day or night and I couldn't be more thrilled than to have found Becky!

When my boyfriend & I decided to look for our first home my boss recommended Becky to us, and I'm so glad to have worked with her! She guided us through the crazy market and helped us find an amazing first home! We never felt pressured to make an offer, and Becky was so good at answering all our questions, giving us advice, and keeping a positive attitude! She was also easy to get a hold of and worked with our busy schedules to see listings & make offers at the drop of a hat! I would HIGHLY recommend working with Becky & her team!!

I was renting a house in Monroe that had been under a different management group and it was often difficult to get a hold of them. Becky's group ended up taking over the management of the rental I was in, and it was so easy to contact her and received a quick response every time. She was very personable and when/if there was ever an issue that needed repair, her group was quickly on it.

Becky also communicated with the property owner to help us (the tenant and the property owner) find a compromise to help compensate us for all the work that we did on the property, that was NOT part of our contract to be done, but needed to be done nonetheless. We, the tenant and property owner were able to both benefit from her negotiations.

The property owner decided to sell and Becky fought to get us 60 days instead of just 30 (the legal amount required). She even helped us try finding another rental/purchase (sent us listings of purchase options/rentals) even though she knew she wouldn't make anything from it because I was already working with someone else (family friend).

Becky even checked up on us after moving, to make sure the move went well.

I would recommend Becky and her group to anyone whether you need to purchase, sell, rent (owner/tenant)!!!

This review is over a year late (Thanks 2020), I think we were one of Becky's last clients before the big shutdown! Had we not got our place, the shutdown would have been waay worse for us to deal with.

Becky was AWESOME. We were soon to be first time homeowners, and interviewed with a few folks before meeting Becky. I instantly clicked with her upbeat personality and could tell she knew her stuff! We knew we were in a market against us, but she was able to find the perfect place that hit every one of our wishlist items. We had a million questions, and she was always super friendly and helpful educating us through the whole thing no matter how small. Her team was great too, she was out of town for a weekend but we could get ahold of them and her no problem.

Buying your first place is scary but also should be fun! I think we really lucked out with our place, and also being able to have such a great team of folks helping us before, during, and even after the whole process. Thanks again Becky!

We bought a house in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic. In a world full of stress and an insanely competitive market, Becky was always by our side (well... 6 feet away 😅). She was always available with advice and ideas. When our anxiety was through the roof, her dedication and support calmed our nerves. The worst do not recommend.

I was asked to pay a non refundable deposit without being able to see the rental agreement. The contract I was asked to sign was straight up against Washington laws. And when confronted with this information I was just given an apology that stated im sorry you were not satisfied with the service. If the property manager was this bad before I got into a rental agreement I dodged a bullet. I cannot imagine being locked into a contract with this company.

And look at my post history it takes a lot for me to rate somewhere 1 star. Unfortunately Becky provided no shame in the illegal way she ran her business and therefore I would like to warn those to stay clear.

Again please save yourself the trouble and stay clear. Don't waste your time.
