Everyone was very nice and patient. They brought our food to our table. They even went back to bring us more condiments. The area is a little hectic, being so close to a major intersection. There are several people pandering at the corner nearby at any given time of day. The restaurant does keep it clean inside, and there aren't people hanging around outside the door.

The food was good. The order was perfect. I can't tell you how long it has been since the order has been correct anywhere. It was my first time eating here and I will return.

The Famous Star with Cheese sandwich was crafted to perfection. The green leafy lettuce was beyond my expectations. Well done.

Stood at the counter for 3 minutes while 2 people finished up their conversation, they were surprised to see me standing , that being said, usually the young men who are now working, are polite i was treated with dignity and respect, Love Julian, keep up the good work

Super yummy food! And the hamburgers are decent sizes. They always have promos & deals going on, like right now they have a 2 for $7.99

The lady working the drive through was the sweetest happiest personality ever. She even made my dogs day by giving her some bacon. We’ll definitely be going back 😁 thank you

I thought that the food at Carl's junior in yreka California, was amazing. I had recently lost my wallet there and I came back to come. Look for it, and they gave it back to me. And everything was there, and they were just really honest and we will be back.

The customer service, is.....fantastic to say the least. Helpful, easy going, understanding, even FUNNY! Never seen anything like it from a fast food place. We always hold out on road trips for them!

We got fast and friendly service from a patient cashier. The lobby was clean and warm, very important in these cold months. The food was delicious and well priced. Thank you, we always enjoy being able to eat here when we can.

Decided to stop in here one more time before leaving California, glad we picked this one. Amber up front was super helpful and very friendly. Eating my fries as I type and enjoying every bite. THX GUYS! ❤

Went through the drive through. Arlenes was friendly but most of all a Very good communicator. She knew that I would ask for No Mayo (along with no cheese) since I was getting the beyond burger. She also made to sure to ask if we needed any condiments. She got us through very smoothly.

The food is usually good but I've watched this restaurant since it opened almost twenty years ago. It has grown where the established names have declined. The service and quality of the food is worth the extra when you compare to how their competition is faring.

Fresh hot food! Never disappointed with our meals there! Employees are nice and good at their jobs. Limited seating.....thanks DAMN PANIC! Someday they'll be allowed to open up and fill the dinning room!!😄😃

I love going to Carl's jr for tasty hamburgers, chicken tenders, milkshakes and fry options. Zucchini, crisscut fries and jalapeño poppers are my favorite fries. Chicken salad is a good option too. They have all of a person's dietary needs. I don't eat fried foods often so I go there to get a healthier fast food. The crew tries hard to make everything fast and friendly. Needless to say I'm a "regular" there when I'm out shopping in town.

10/26/20. The drive-thru attendant was very nice, and my meal was very good. The woman who brought my meal out to me (they were very busy) was very kind and professional. Thank you!

I am unfortunately doing the low carb diet right now because I got fat AF. Lol. I ordered the Santa fe chicken sandwich with no buns and wrapped in lettuce. It was fantastic! I will be back every few days for this until I am no longer a fat AZZ. Lol

Good customer service and everything was fresh. I have never experienced out of stock items OR MISSING ITEMS FROM MY ORDER. Keep up the great work thank you
