Great customer service. They fit me into their over booked schedule, resolved the issue quickly, and charged a very fair price. I have found the preferred shop for all of my auto service needs.

They were very helpful explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and giving recommendations even though they didn't have the specific tool to fix it that day. Very straightforward, no nonsense guys.

Jeff has been taking care of our cars for going on 35 years and now his son Levi is starting to take the reigns. Always treated us fair and took great care of our vehicles: 1963 Land Rover, 2001 and 2005 PT Cruiser and before them the Pinto, Neon, 4Runner, Geo Metro, Chrysler vans and station wagon.

They have done work on my vehicle in the past. I recently brought it back here and they did a full tune up and replaced my oil pan gasket along with an oil change. My Ford no longer shakes when I drive it and its so quiet I don't have to blast the music to drown out the sounds 🤣. I live clear out in the Arlington area but will continue to use them. I used to work in the Auto Industry and their customer service is top notch. Their prices are all super reasonable.

They saved butt! I had a bad alternator at the same time I was stuck using a knee scooter for a broken foot.

I originally took my 94 accord in for an oil leak, and went back for my fuel pump and filter because of Levi. Great service, professional and super friendly. I made a third appointment with him for my spark plugs. Extremely good pricing and I won't take my car pretty much anywhere else. He is always very thorough and lets me know if he sees anything I may have missed.

I highly recommend my new car doctor! I took my 08 Jeep Liberty in for a Check Engine Light. They did a thorough check-up, diagnosed a couple potential issues, and offered a very fair estimate.

Good rates and good work. I do a fair amount of comparison shopping for mechanical parts and services and the parts rates are completely fair and labor is both fairly priced and well done. My girlfriend bought a car through them and was also well served, even in this terrible market for used cars.

Jeff at Everett Auto Clinic is a great guy. He helped me get into the car I wanted. He gave me a very fair downpayment cost as well as fair monthly payments. The car runs and looks great. He offered free diagnostics for 6 monthes! Very nice and understanding. The process was very quick and easy.

I found myself in an extremely unfortunate situation where my car broke down in the middle of moving. The wheel bearing went out and took a bunch of suspension parts with it. They had a cost break down with a great option for a non interest payment plan within two hours and even gave me a ride to the bus station! Only took them two days, which is impressive considering how hard parts are to find for my car. A terrific experience, and they made the whole process incredibly easy for me!

The guys were really nice, and it was fair price. I have a CarHop car ended up needing at least a caliper replaced. Where in another shop they were telling me that I needed my whole brake system in the back replace, $2,000. Only cost me four hundred cuz CarHop paid for the parts. I had to go back to get my car seats the guy was very helpful and carried them to my temporary car. They said it would be done Tuesday and it was, happy to have my breaks working, thank you.

We bought our 2000 Chrysler from these guys at an amazing price, and they were more than helpful with fixing anything that was wrong with it. When we picked our kids up from school the day we bought it, they had to screw a piece of the seatbelt back in, and did it easy for no cost, as well as changing our brake lights for free. These guys have given us excellent service all around, from the car sales side to the mechanic side, and I will absolutely recommend this business to anybody looking for either a vehicle or repair.

I've been coming to this place since 1998. Jeff has always been fair & honest with me and over the years has earned my trust & respect. When times were tough he has worked with me financially but most importantly he & his crew are very knowledgeable at what they do. Nobody is perfect but in my 45 years of driving I have been in & out of several auto repair shops because i prefer older cars, older cars break down. This shop tops my lifetime experience as the best.

The guys at this place are great! I bought a commuter car from them a little while back and the experience was awesome. Ryan was patient and let me test drive as many car as I wanted, knew about each car in detail, and let me know if and what kind of work they did on each car. They rode in the car with me, let me take it to my personal mechanic, and even ended up staying past closing hours on a Friday to finish paperwork so I could drive home with it that day. The kicker for me was that they are an auto shop as well so they said if I have any trouble with the car in the next few months after buying it that they will do the labor for free. Honest, hard working, down to earth guys.

Jeff was able to get my car in the shop to have a few things looked at that same day.
Levi was super helpful and checked everything that I had concerns about with my car! He made sure everything was in tip top shape! He also answered all of my ridiculous questions!

Just bought a car a couple weeks ago. Was a bit nervous because I was taking it out of state within a few days. I was nervous because any time you buy a used vehicle it can have issues not because of the guys at Everett auto clinic. They accepted my lower offer than what they were asking. Anyway, it runs like an absolute dream. I didn't get to meet Jeff because he wasn't there. But I called him today to thank him. The guy who did my transaction, Ryan, was phenomenal. I would deal with Everett Auto Clinic again in a second, including repairs in the future.

The staff was very professional and got us in and out quickly! We bought a vehicle from them and it was in great condition. The paperwork was handled within minutes and we were able to hit the road with no hassles. We would highly recommend them.
