After a year of looking for a house we linked up with John at magnify and quickly recognized we found the steward we were looking for. From our very first meeting John was candid and clearly took our aspirations seriously. We were certain he had our best interests at the forefront of every decision he was helping us make.

I cannot recommend him enough; within 2 months of meeting him we had put it down payment on are dream home. We just moved in and could not be happier!

This was our third time using John for our realtor, and each time his communication has been outstanding! During the whole process, he talked through his strategy and made significant adjustments to reflect the market. First off im going to try and make this short even though i can get into writing a book. First off this is my first time selling a house so when i did my search to find a realtor, Magnify came up and i must say that the reviews was enough for me to end my search there! Now im here to tell you that you search ends here too! Haha. Working with John was a breath of fresh air! I had a lot dealing with on top of getting my house ready to go on the market and when i tell you John make a challenging time smooth for me. He’s professional friendly kinda respectful and overall caring! When we were going through the scary unknown of pulling the trigger and buying our own house, we were provided several different realtors from people we knew and one recommendation was to John from a close friend. Let me start by saying: this IS THE TEAM you want working with you on the sale of your home. Period.

I first reached out to John after doing some research in the local area. Both Google and Zillow had over 80+ 5-star reviews, so I was certainly interested in speaking with him. I reached out to him on his website to set up a telephone call. John called me within an hour, and we spoke for about 40 minutes getting to know each other. During this call I also shared my concerns as my previous interactions with a Real Estate professional had not been positive. John was very open and positive and assured me that I would be a priority. He believes that open communication is very important and encouraged me to reach out anytime I had a question or concern. Within an hour or so of our call, John had dropped off a package including examples of the listing flyer, other listing materials, and information about my neighborhood.

We met within a day of our phone call and John and Anna spent 2 hours with me going over the selling process and making recommendations on where I should focus my money and energy as I prepared my home. These two hours they spent with me was more that my previous agent had spent with me through the entire selling process.

During the two months that it took me to get my house ready for sale, John called me every week to make sure things were moving forward and to see if I needed any help or had any questions. Even if he couldn’t take a call right away, John would return my call the same day. John was able to provide me with some great contractors. It can be very difficult to find good contractors so it was extremely helpful that John had compiled a list he could rely on to help homeowners.

A week before the house was listed, John brought in a staging company as well as a still photographer and aerial photographer. My house was staged beautifully, and the pictures came out lovely. My home sold within a week, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire process.

John is a genuinely Nice Guy. He is very calm and patient, didn't make us feel rushed or that we were wasting his time. He made sure we got the home we love and not just a house we liked. He went above and beyond the average real estate agent. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. We were going to spend thousands of dollars on one project for the house before selling it but he pointed out several different projects that would get us a better return making the sale of our house as profitable as possible. Between our 2 daughters and ourselves we have bought and sold 7 houses!! That speaks volumes about John being a great real estate agent!
