Robby and his guys crushed it. Our house has 100+ year old fir flooring that had been poorly refinished by a pervious owner (sander drum marks, gouges, etc) and was partially covered by linoleum. Robinson Hardwood brought our wood floors back to life. I couldn't be any happier.

Robinsons was wonderful to work with all very professional and pride themselves on excellent workmanship and satisfaction. they lightly sanded and refinished my old Barn fir wood floors, which look rich and beautiful, but still retain their old character. highly recommend these folks.

Many reasons I am glad I went with Robinson Hardwood.

1st - phone receptionist, was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

2nd - Mr. Robinson professionalism when following up on Appraisal appointment and measurement’s appointment.

3rd - Estimates true and on budget.

4th - clear expectations of home preparation too completely move out of our home. (Space which work is being done). We took our Refrigerator & stove out, we moved everything out, the sawdust gets in every crevice.

5th - the crew was very informative friendly and always gave good “suggestions”, like how long “should” I versus “can” I, for the protection of my floor verse the convinces of moving back in sooner going over size versus weight distribution of furniture & appliances, using sliders when moving stuff.

6th - The crew was honest about the smell, it takes a few days to get used too, its strong, at least it was with me so I actually slept in my studio a few more nights till it died down.

7th - The floors exceeded my expectations, I was very pleased, The workers could of been more careful on my walls near my base boards over all good workmanship.

Robinson did an absolutely incredible job recovering 122 year old Fir Floors I the house I just purchased. The floors were in miserable condition yet Robinson was able to far exceed my expectations. We hired Robinson Hardwood to put hardwood into our entire home and couldn't have been happier with the results! They were extremely knowledgeable and provided us with a list of options as well as pros and cons for each type of hardwood. We ended up settling on a slate grey prefinished Maple product for a great deal, thanks to the owner working with his supplier. During the install, in addition to being professional and friendly, they were also very efficient and were done sooner then we expected. Overall our project from start to finish was made easy for us, due to the competency and attentiveness they showed. We highly recommend and plan on using them for any hardwood needs in the future!

Robinson Hardwood did a magnificent job repairing our 90-year old oak flooring and weaving in several rooms and hallways of new oak flooring. Where they joined, the seams are imperceptable and the overall staining and finish is perfect. We can't believe our good fortune to have Robinson' workmanship on this job.

We love our new floors! We replaced carpet with new hardwood floors in two rooms and a staircase. The crew integrated the new floors with the old floors perfectly. Jose came back to make sure the final baseboard trim details were just right. Robby and Robinson Hardwood were professional and responsive and kept us informed. The new floors are clean and bright - lovely!

Thank you to Robby and the team for fitting us in and making things work out really well. We had old carpets torn out and replaced with wood flooring to match some existing wood floors in the house. In spite of more snow than we've seen in years, plus the supply chain issues and the pandemic still going on, Robinson's made it happen. Dylan and crew did a nice job installing our new floors. Plus, the company offered to help us out with repairing some boards that were accidentally loosened during our move-in. We are very happy with the floors and we were very happy with their service. And, on a final note, Robinson's helped us find a great wood floor cleaner that doesn't smell toxic.

Very professional and great quality. Hardwood is expensive and they are the only real game in the town of Bellingham WA. The price was fair. Especially with great service and quality.

We shopped around with 5 different flooring companies. They were all good and I am sure would have done a good job. However, we really liked Robbie Robinson's low-key approach, honest answers and follow through on what he said he would do. His prices were competitive, and I would be amiss if I did not mention Jose their lead installer (awesome and dedicated and professional installer, and finally Christy their office manager who always is kind and bubbly and looks for ways to help you achieve the results you expect.

They were able to squeeze in the repair and refinish (water damage) of an oak floor between some larger jobs. It looks great! Their communication was excellent and positive attitude made the job go well.

Can't say enough good things about Robby and his team at Robinson Hardwood. So professional, fast, and thorough. I left for work in the morning and came home to beautiful new floors and everything was cleaned up and looked great! We had hardwood floors installed in our recently purchased home. There were existing hardwood floors to be matched and refinished and we searched on line and asked around for who to use. Robby and his crew were recommended and hired. They were very professional and knowledgeable about their product. The job was started when promised and completed on time. The floors are seamless between the old and new we are happy customers. I would not hesitate recommending them.

This is, by far, the BEST experience we have had with service regarding our home! Robby came out within 1 day for a bid, got the bid to us within a few days and the bid was completely reasonable. We were able to take multiple floor samples home for as long as we needed to make the right decision. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and always communicated in a timely manner. Once installed, we were so, so happy. The floors are gorgeous and the crew was efficient. Seriously, hands down - use Robinson Hardwood!

Don't put off refinishing your old hardwood floors.! Robinson did an amazing job and the staff was professional and friendly, from the owner, estimator, and office staff to all the workers. Prompt, dependable and efficient. I highly recommend spending the extra money for the low VOC finish!
