The drinks! The hand was excellent. Felt like something Tyrion would drink. The service was very friendly. This is a relaxed place. Don’t expect high end service. The food was on par for other gaming bars. Love the flair and flavor to make it a geeky bar. I think it’s fine for non-geeky People too. Just reading the menu is entertaining.

I have been coming here for over five years and I must say this is a great place to go for meeting people and having a good time. The food is fantastic. The burgers are incredibly well-made, I like the Legendary the best. Don't forget, they have board games and video games you can play while you're there. That's awesome. Me and my friends always choose one of the many great board games to play while we hang out.

Themed drinks, themed beers, themed foods. Ru Paul's drag race was playing. Theres a vending machine w magic cards, dice, and treatos. A massive game bar, uno floating around. And the CHILLEST atmosphere I have EVER experienced. Everybody seemed relaxed. No bros around. No ostentatious broads. Just relaxed nerds. It was glorious.

I love AFK! I've been here many times and it's always a lot of fun. The food is SOOOOOOOOO yummy. Always. And the themes are so cool to me. 10/10 definitely will go again. Pictured is the Witch-King burger with tots, and the Gryffindor 'Daring' off the drink menu!

My go-to tavern experience has games and comfort food. I like the music playing in the background and the tastiest drinks. The guy with a red beard put up with us —constantly— switching games. :) The coolest shot is called —Fallout—.

A long time attendee, our team has been part of the AFK crowd since its inception, and we regularly host events here as well. A great selection of local, micro, and standard beers, creative food options, and a plethora of games available! Karaoke on Thursdays and Fridays can't be beat, and the mixologists behind the bar always have unique and delicious beverage ideas!

Great place to have drinks and good food. Highly recommend the fried pickles. Their menu is so fun to read through with all the nerdy references.

I came here for my 21st and was treated really well they give you lots of food at great prices and the drinks will make your inner nerd go crazy

This is the ultimate gamer eatery location. The food is better than any other gamer place. They have games for you or you can bring your own. There's no pressure to leave and you aren't bothered constantly by staff. The food even has fun nerdy names and the alcoholic drinks are awesome too. I wish the one down south had survived, I would go all the time!

Love this place. It's the best place to hang out and make friends with other gamers, or even to just hang out with your current friends. There's a wide selection of games, both board and video, and their food is phenomenal. The servers are extremely friendly, and there's lots of events to do. Highly, highly recommended.

Great food with nerdy names. Big spaces for playing board games. The restaurant its self has a large selection of board games but you are more then welcome to bring your own. There also a bar if you're into that, the drinks are good and also have geeky names. The place is really cool to be. A safe haven for nerds from all walks of life.

This place is pretty awesome. It wasn't too crowded, there was multiple tables available for games, food was very good.

Tonight I had the Frost Mage (mudslide) and the soup of the day! It was super delicious.

The staff is normal, not uptight or pushy. I loved my experience!

A unique bar experience that has themed food and is family friendly. A great place for gaming whether it be board game, on a computer, or a console. Bring your friends and nerd out all you want as the location does not pressure you purchase any food just encourages a good time.

I love this place so much. I would go here every single day if i could. They're very accommodating, and extremely generous with everything! The waitress (I didn't catch her name unfortunately!) we had was absolutely amazing and very funny. She was extremely kind while we spent probably 45 minutes just looking over drinks. She gave a couple recommendations, and was extremely wonderful.
I think one of the bathroom stalls in the women's bathroom doesn't like to close however.
We have enjoyed every visit we've ever hsd here! Always going back!

Great place to kick it with your nerdy friends. The curtains are tied with old video game controllers. How could you not like a place like that!? You can check out board games, but if there's something specific you like, just bring it yourself. Drinks are pretty great. Nice and strong with funny/familiar names. Food is pretty good. Good booze sponges.

Great place to hang out, play board games, have a geek themed drink or meal. Karaoke on the weekends and always friendly staff. Whether you want to borrow one of their tons of games or bring one of your own; bring a group of friends and a hearty appetite. Their food portions are large and their menus are creatively geek themed.

How have i not rated this place before? Oh well. Not only is this an amazing place to hang out and "nerd out" in, this place makes you feel welcome and well fed! Even with this pandemic going on, they are all working very hard, and have taken many precautions so we can dine safely. If you want lots of food, a safe place to play, and drinks your favorite characters would drink, come here!!!

This place is absolutely amazing. Friendly, fun staff. My food was super delicious, I got the Orc Raider. Definitely a place to go if you love games, but anyone can go for the great tasting food. Gotta have some patience since they have a new system and it can get quite busy, and we did have to stand around for a bit waiting for someone to show up to seat us, but still a five star place.
