Dr. Schmidt and Team are fantastic!! I have 6 implants in my lower jaw, all that are a different brand, which makes me a challenge to have a hybrid denture that fits well. Well....Dr Schmidt came through with flying colors!! I'm very happy with my new denture. Also, everyone on his staff is a top notch professional!

I am a dentist in Colorado and I fly to Everett to have my dental work done. Dr. Schmidt is very calming and does amazing work. The office is beautiful and everyone that works there is kind and wonderful. I can’t say enough about the entire office.

I am a 60 year old male. Due to some dental trauma I had as a child, I have neglected proper dental care my entire adult life. As an adult, I only ended up in a dental chair maybe three times in my life, and that was because I was experiencing pain so bad I was literally going insane. My fears were so bad that after I turned 55 and I would have the occasional tooth get infected and start to get loose, I would go into my garage and find a way to overcome the pain and yank it out myself. I pulled three teeth that way.

At the end of last year, I had several teeth get infected, and after enduring weeks of agonizing pain, I finally had to see a dentist. I got sent to a surgeon, who had to pull several teeth. She then referred me to Dr. Schmidt's office.

I can not describe the level of fear I felt walking in for my examination. When I sat down, I told the woman who was prepping me for the exam about my past, and my fears. It was the first time I felt like the person I was telling this to was genuinely concerned. Then, Dr. Schmidt walked in, and he too took the time to hear me out. He talked to me for a bit, and explained medication options he could put me on, and how I could request nitrous oxide, even for the extensive cleaning appointments I was going to need before he could even begin working on me. I got through the exam, which was a miracle in itself, but by this time the two of them had me relaxed enough to get through it.

My Dental Hygienist was simply incredible. My teeth were so bad I had to see her four times to get my teeth done. Each time, she took the time to get me relaxed, and her concern and understanding about my phobias and how to deal with me was outstanding. She seemed to be able to anticipate the several panic attacks I had, and would back off and wait until I could breathe and relax again, talking me through them, adjusting the gas, and waiting. By the last appointment, I was ready for Dr. Schmidt to work on me, which took two appointments. Again, their gentle, caring and concerned approach with me is what made the difference, and helped me to keep coming back to get the work done.

I interacted with several of the staff at this office, and they are a tight, positive, friendly and fun team of people who all worked together to get this phobic, fearful patient through the process to save the teeth I have left. Not once did any of them ever make me feel foolish, or try to tell me it was in my head, or that I simply had to get over it, all of which I had happen to me in my previous encounters in dental offices. Thanks to this team of gifted professionals, the teeth in my mouth are now clean with healthy gums, pain free, and solid.

I am facing more oral work as I get posts put in and then get new teeth built into my mouth. I can not believe I am saying this, but I am actually looking forward to working with Dr. Schmidt and his team to get this work done.

Dr. Schmidt took excellent care of my mom, she was able to get unparalleled comprehensive care with his office. He was able to restore her smile and function to last her a lifetime.

I love everyone in the office! The dentist, the assistants and the front desk employees. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It is super clean and professional looking and I also like watching TV while getting my teeth worked on.

I always hated going to the dentist and had anxiety but going to this dentist office I haven't had any anxiety feeling and I actually don't mind going to the dentist anymore. They are awesome and Dr. Schmidt does awesome with veneers!

Well, my first impression was that this team was amazing, and I’m sure that they are. My bad experience is with the receptionists: I had called and rescheduled my appointment and even have the call time recorded on my phone. Anyway... they call me the morning of the original scheduled appointment asking me where I am at and I say that I rescheduled. I immediately told that I didn’t and that I was wrong and that they would call me in the future if anything ever opened up. Her tone was syrupy sweet and yet she had a bite to the way she said it all.
