Jay does the very best job at comforting you to rest easy when he is also asking you to cut a $3000 check to fix that Cummins you loce so much. He is the best Cummins tech anywhere too. I stand by that claim.

Got stranded in Richfield, 1800 miles from home, 6 days into a 10 day vacation, when our truck broke down at the hotel. The dodge dealership said they couldn’t even look at it for 3 weeks. He came out and looked at it same evening, said if we could get it towed to his shop by morning, we could still continue our atv ride and he would have the truck running by the time we got back into town that afternoon. He was surprisingly reasonable in price and locals couldn’t recommend him enough. He was very familiar with our engine, even predicting the issue sight unseen. We have no regrets and can’t thank him enough!

Jay was a life saver for my family this past weekend. We burned up the bearings on a wheel for our old tent trailer (very much not in the diesel category). We were stranded at our camp site with limited resources but called Jay’s Diesel and explained the situation to Jay and he allowed us to bring the axle in and he repaired everything in less than 24 hours. His rates were incredibly reasonable as well. The wheel bearing worked flawlessly on our drive home. I will recommend Jay’s Diesel to anyone I can.

Jay you are a blessing! Long story short I had broken down in my diesel along i70. Called Jay he said to tow it over to him. Less than 30 minutes we were back on the road. Jay you are a class act! A true blessing! Thank you so much for your work!

We came to Jay on Saturday morning 10/15/2022 with exhaust brake and limitied-performance issues and overdue maintenance items with our Cummings 350 on our motorhome, in which we reside full time. Jay worked us in his fully-booked Monday schedule. He addressed most of the issues and ordered a part for arrival the next day. As soon as the part arrived, Jay installed it so that we could get back on the road. I rate Jay's service expertise and accommodation flexibility at the top of any I have ever experienced. I rate his competitive labor rates even higher.

Such a nice man! Jay answered the phone before he was even open. I asked him if he’s work on my skoolie, he joyfully said no, but I knew he was joking with me. He was just so helpful, answering my questions and when the parts store delivered the wrong part from SLC, he found a solution to get me back on the road and meet back up with my friends. I came back through Richfield about 2 weeks later, on the Friday before July 4th, so that he could put the re-ordered part in. He had somewhere to be, so I hauled it back to Richfield and barely made it there before he had to take off. He took care of me, as if he had no where to be.
Everyone I spoke to at the shop (customers) said Jay‘s is the place to go for work and they come from all over to go there. I could see why.
Jay asked that I stop by anytime I’m in the area, just to say hello. Just nice folks and they know their stuff!

Jay and his team were absolutely fantastic. We pulled into town needing a new manifold on the motorhome. They had parts overnighted, and had it ready to roll before we finished riding for the day. They changed the oil and put on a set of brakes too. Friendly, kind, and affordably priced. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks y'all!

I called these guys because as I was traveling with my family, suddenly my Cummins truck started getting louder and LOUDER. Other businesses were like "ahhhh..." when I called them. I wish I knew the worker that helped me when I showed up. He was an elder gentian with beard and whiter hair. When he returned from lunch he had the exhaust gasket I needed ready for me and even loaned me a pair of his pliers to get the flange back over the exhaust. He wasn't abreast on how to use there credit card machine so i had to go down the street to get cash. But at this point I was purely HAPPY that he took the time to help me, had the exact right part and was willing to help. And to my astonishment_ there sign outside says they specialize with Cummins. Thank you._ My family thanks you!!

Unfortunately I met an awesome man on a bad experience. I blew my radiator on my big truck.
Jay squeezed me in to accomodate me. He also let me add a few things on the need to get done list.
Was well taken care of by him and his staff. Very happy with cost for all the work done.
I would not hesitate sending a friend or family member to him. An enemy I'd say T/A pal.
I was an out of towner getting the work done with a resident's respect and price.

Quality Inn across the street and next door to that Steve's steakhouse.
All made a bad experience so less painful.

Jay's Diesel's been around for a lot of years just some good old home town hospitality and service they do a good job
