I LOVE the gym, the view from my apartment, the rooftop lounge and the cleanliness of the facility. Thanks to the whole team for what you on a daily basis to make this place a wonder stay.

Modern living for our son's 1st home away from home. Valerie is the best, hands down. ✋we surely enjoyed our short stay, used the theater, gym, and had a nice fancy dinner at the rooftop.

Wow what great customer service form the leasing team! Steve, Brandon, Ashley and Valerie all helped me when I came to learn more about the Brand New apartments in Everett. I love how it’s close to I5 for my commute to work. I am so putting in a application soon hopefully.

The Riverfront Everett leasing team has been extremely helpful throughout the leasing process. They are always very helpful, friendly and can find you the right home. Their amenities are top notch, from the gym to the brand-new appliances in each home. Riverfront Everett is the place to call home! Ashley, Steve and Brandon are the best! The maintenance team is also amazing!

Searching for a place....look no further! This is Home...away from home. I work up here for business and compared to any airbnb what you get is value for a great price! The staff treat you like you are home...the amenities in brand new construction are amazing! What's better is the attention to detail the staff provides every day and night! Very fast to respond to any issues...
I have been traveling work for 6 years and have stayed months at a time in one location...I own a home in another state and have been through the searching and all the difficulties of leasing. Valerie made this and unbelievably easy transition and the entire staff everyday they see you it is like you are around family. Almost 4 months I have been here and feel so relaxed and well taken care of. Compared to anything in this area Riverfront Everett is totally amazing! I don't usually write reviews but I had to now. They take customer service to an entirely different level! Well Done!

I had an amazing experience on my tour and with the application process. Ashley was super informative and helpful with all of my questions. She toured me around the whole building and showed me all the amenities, she also showed me a couple of alternatives to give me more insight on some of the other units. They were able to accommodate me with the limited time I had, given that my work schedule was super slammed. I felt that the staff were very considerate and all very kind. One of the male leasing agents (unfortunately I forgot his name) also updated me over the phone and prepared me for what I needed which I appreciated so much! Honestly this was such a great experience. Super BIG THANKS to Valerie especially, for all her help during my screening and leasing journey. This apartment searching process was a whirlwind until I reached Riverfront. I couldn’t thank you all enough! Looking forward to my new home!

This place is for anyone who wants to be treated like family. Apartments are designed well with great amenities, including a rooftop view of the Cascades. Staff is very helpful providing information and assistance anytime possible. Val, Ashley and Steve and others were amazing to work with and made the entire process quick, easy and stress-free. Thank you for all the wonderful support, it was an great experience.

My husband and I are currently in the screening process for our apartment with Riverfront Everett. I wanted to leave a review, as well as future updates, about our experience working with the team, particularly Steve Mendez. We will be moving to Everett from California during winter so there is definitely a weather curve and areas to learn. That said, we booked our appointment the day before after happening across the Riverfront link in our Google search. Riverfront Everett was the final tour of two days and seven total showings for us and we were exhausted.

We are so grateful we booked this appointment as this development feels well thought out. You can tell there has been planning, conversation, and intention put into the living spaces, community areas, and everything offered at Riverfront Everett. Steve took time to get to know us. He asked insightful questions, answered tons of ours, and was thorough. We value knowledge, follow through, and timely communication. We give kind, professional interaction and look for this in return when beginning a relationship in any business oriented manner. Steve is a pleasure to communicate with. Riverfront Everett is a beautiful facility. Their staff is informative, helpful and kind.
I was sold immediately on the floor to ceiling European style windows in both the main living area and bedroom. I love the abundance of natural lighting. Also, the gym is phenomenal!

What as amazing team and experience. Ashley, Steve, Brandon and Valerie were all so helpful and efficient it felt like family. So excited to put my application in.

I scheduled a viewing with the Riverfront. Brandon was super fantastic in showing me around and answering all my questions and Steve was super hospitable and gave me hot chocolate while I waited to be shown around. This is a great place to call home with great leasing staff.

This place is AWESOME. Val, Ashley, and Steve are extremely professional and amazing to work with. The compex has everything you possibly need from a professional GYM, Office Work space, Pet washing area, bicycle storage, in door mailboxes, security access into the building and elevators, theater room and 6th floor family lounge. The apartments have the latest in technology along with stone countertops and the newest in appliances. Each building on each floor has its own trash and recycle chutes. The maintenance personnel are reliable and extremely professional. Come take a look at Riverfront Everett and let them know I recommend this AWESOME complex to you. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Mario Brown about touring Riverfront Everett. He was very professional and well-versed in the rental process. He was also knowledgeable about the area which made me excited to come in and do a tour. Thank you so much Mario for the excellent customer service it really made a difference with my new home selection process!

I’m relocating from out of state and the Riverfront team has made my process smooth and enjoyable. Mario gave an amazing tour of the complex, which has brand new beautiful units, facilities and amenities. He is very patient, knowledgable, personable and goes above my expectations to make my transition as smooth as possible. Steve and Valerie have also been a tremendous help, very communicative and thorough. The Riverfront team, complex, and location have made it an easy decision to make this my future home.

My first call to inquire was taken by Valerie, who was extremely helpful. A few weeks later, once we had more specific move dates, I called again and spoke to Mario, who took the time to give me a tour over Facetime and showed me the model of the unit we were interested in. We did wind up putting in the application and are very excited to live in this building! Mario went above and beyond and answered my many, many questions so patiently and thoroughly! Units look absolutely beautiful, and being the first tenant in the space makes me feel super confident about how everything will go!

I have been living her for a couple of months now and can honestly say the level of service and quality of the property is unrivaled. From all of the excellent leasing staff and they're unequivocal attention to detail and kindness to the hard working and amazing maintenance staff and unparalleled amenities, I could not ask for a better place to call home.

My partner and I are moving from across the country and we needed to secure a place before arriving. Steve was beyond helpful with showing us multiple floor plans via virtual tour, and he was so patient and thorough while explaining all the fees and costs.

It took a few days to get all of the little pieces in place for applying and he responded promptly and kindly every time.

The apartments themselves are beautiful, great location, and fairly priced compared to what is available in the area.

We cannot wait to call this place home. Thank you again Steve for all your help!!!

Great customer service from this place, especially to MARIO, who helped me a lot by showing me the apartment complex and explaining in detail the process to get one of these great apartments that are so nice!!
Everyone in general was really great, and I look forward to keep working with this team in the future, but definitely ask for Mario if you would like to tour this property, you wont regret it 😉.
