I stopped at Jimmy's after an unfortunate encounter with a tree branch which left me with a hole in the top of the front of my RV. John got me fixed up quickly. He was very nice and even asked if I had any other issues I needed to have looked at. The price was so reasonable and he advised me on what should be looked at when I got an estimate from the dealer. I appreciate the service I received and would definitely recommend this business.

Broke down in Deming, our concessions trailer has a special style Slipper Leaf Spring. The Jimmys RV repair team got all of the suspension components refreshed and back on the road the very next day.

Coldest it's been in awhile and my blower motor in my 1995 Terry starts squealing , so I went to Jimmy's thinking I would have to surely order one , but he looked it up and went under the desk and grabbed the motor , checked the numbers again and we talked and I couldn't believe he had the right one , got back to my trailer and installed it and have had great heat since .

Stopped for night in Deming and campground recommended Jimmy's & they just happened to have a 400Ah T-fuse that went out a day before Thanksgiving near Dallas, Tx. 5 days later we have our Inverter running again. All is good and as it should be and fair pricing to boot.

Was happy to find this place the employees were very friendly and helpful and as soon as we got there they were ready to help and fix are trailer also the gentleman that I told about my son's love of rocks was super nice and my child is thrilled with the rock you gave him it's his favorite and has been showing all his friends so thanks for making are stressful moment less stressed amd getting us up and moving back on the road again we appreciate y'all and highly recommend if anyone in area and has trailer issues to stop in

Got our slide working properly and kept us on our way to Texas. First thing in the am and went out of their way to help us. Good people and good shop.

My family and I are on a cross country road trip when our generator stops giving the house electricity. We pull into Jimmy’s RV Repair and tell him the issue. Jimmy stops what he was doing and takes a look at the issue and helps us out. We were in and out in 15 minutes. We went to two other RV repair shops over the state of New Mexico, and he was the only one that would help us out. Thanks Jimmy!

These people are the best of the best. Our slide wouldn’t go in all the way and after a few hours working on it we gave up. Called Jimmy’s and asked if they could look at it and they said bring it on in. As soon as we pulled in they dropped what they were doing and went over to check out the slide. Less than 30 minutes later they had it working like new again and we were on our way. A great big Thank You to Jimmy’s for all their help.

The best experience yet with any RV repair shop! John took excellent care of us when we were in a bind with an electrical outage. He diagnosed the problem and got us in the next day to take care of the repair. Honest and professional! Look no further if you need help with your rig.

Traveling home, about 100 miles from Deming pulling our 5th wheel TH, our truck was indicating “trailer brake disconnected”. Searched internet, found Jimmy’s RV Repair, read great reviews & called them. We arrived & they immediately got to it. After checking all the electrical connections they found that one of the magnets on the trailer wheel was melted & shorted out. They checked all the wheels & found the other one on the front axle was almost as bad.The rear axle was good and in their opinion would safely get us home. Couldn’t be more pleased with EVERYTHING about this repair shop - highly, highly recommend them! March, 2023

Jimmy and John reset the stabilizer bars, repaired some minor damage to a wheel well and provided a new pin for our stabilizer bar. They were friendly and affordable and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road.

Called from an hour drive away, camper was not charging. Jimmy said bring it in and he would give it a look. After 45 minutes camper was repaired and we were back on the road. I wish all camper repair shops were Iike this. Well done jimmy, and many thanks. Your the best.

Came in with what I thought was an issue with my furnace. Nice chat with John, and turns out furnace is fine, and the issue was with my batt being weak- something I was already aware of. Point is, he could've just booked me in for a diagnosis and taken my money, but he didn't. Handshake and I was on my way. Honesty goes a long way. Would def recommend this shop 👍

They were amazing. They quickly identified that the dealership hooked the hitch up wrong on our suburban which was causing the front of the vehicle to left up headlights to the sky. Jimmy and his employee's within 30 minutes had it fixed and the front of the vehicle pointing downward in the front with the toy hauler connected. They were able to make a serious safety issue safe. Thank you guys so much for the help. It is obviously the dealership we bought the toy hauler from doesn't know how to do their job correctly. Again thank you so much from the Carnall family.

John was super helpful and helped us get back on the road when our steps were stuck & stopped working. He didn’t have the part to be able to repair it, but spent time helping us get it in a position where we could drive it and didn’t even charge us! Super friendly and we’re back on the road. Definitely recommend their services.

We were traveling and our slide would not extend. We found Jimmy’s on the Web and stopped by without an appointment. They were booked but took us in, John was able to fix our issue and we were back our way in 45 minutes. Best service we have ever had in all our years of RVing! And reasonably priced!

While passing through NM I noticed my battery charge would rapidly decrease in our travel trailer and cold weather was coming. I called Jimmy's at 8 am and John said to come on over.
John was ready for us and immediately began evaluating and diagnosing our situation.
In an hour, we were back on the road. I noticed that he would study all features from tire quality to the positioning of our weight distribution system. Safety and quality seemed to be his effort during our visit.
I highly recommend this repair facility and wish I knew of a likewise in Sacramento CA.

I could not be happier with the service I received today, February 2023. I needed two AGM batteries, and without any fuss or bother the owner had me pull in, and replaced my old batteries himself. Superb service. There’s no reason to go anywhere else for RV matters in Deming.
