Everyone working here has amazing customer service. They can always answer every single question I as the consumer have, It doesn’t matter if it’s my Rc crawler or my Traxxas Revo 3.3 nitro. They know a huge range of vehicles from electric to nitro. John helped doing a whole axle conversion kit on my Redcat Gen 7. The work they can do is pretty impressive. Every other Rc shop I’ve been to doesn’t like the brand Redcat, they actually are a licensed Redcat dealership which is absolutely amazing. They also have a pretty amazing dirt course and offroad section for your Rc crawler, how are you gonna beat $5 a day for that?! Huge thanks to everyone working at J&S hobbies!!

I don't see why people say it's so bad I honesty like it there and he is very nice and helpful. You need anything he probably has it .

Owner is Big into R/C's so He tends to Have the New Models.. ..Batteries and Chargers.. Gear Oil and Shock Oil... I haven't left Empty Handed.. Even When I'm just Browsing

For a small hobby shop I was amazed at the large selection of parts and rtr Rc cars they had and a nice outdoor track. A must go place if your in the area

John and his staff are very helpful and so kind everytime I'm in the shop. It's definitely helpful and a friendly environment.

Kinda crowded inside but tons of rc stuff and rc trucks stacked to the sealling and a really good customer service. They definitely know there stuff and a good rc track.

Known the owner many years. Very caring to every customer. Great service , & on site outdoor track, no charge! We've been into on & off road rc race cars for many years, & J&S Hobbies is the best place to go!

As far as I know this is the only place to get rc car parts since all the other hobby stores like Tim's hobby in Everett are long gone and they left so many memories. You guys are the last of what a hobby shop is.

I really like coming to this hobby shop. Every time I have a problem or a question, They always are very friendly to help me with my issues. Especially when it comes to wiring!!!! I'm completely lost and the owner always comes through and fixes it for me I appreciate everything you guys do Keep up the good work.

Great shop. Family ran. Very kind to new customers. Not very big inside to shop. Asked a basic question about motor and esc combos, shop owner was very kind to answer and give info.

This is by far the best hobby shop around. The owner is super helpful, he always has parts in stock, and he is super knowledgeable.

Great selection of RC cars and parts. It's. Cool people. Stores a little crowded so you can't really window shop or Browse. The crawler course is insane and well maintained. And the track is loads of fun to bash on and race!!!!!!

J&S is hands down the best shop around. If you have any questions at all the owner John will answer all of them. He knows his stuff and has saved me a ton of money over the years by diagnosing issues with my rigs. Hell he's even worked on my stuff when I didn't ask him to. Where else are you gonna find that? So good prices, the BEST info and a nice track with cool people. 5 stars.

Every experience here has been amazing for both myself and my fiance. He bought a slash 4x4 and loves it. Every time new parts are needed or modifications are wanted, this is our first stop. The guy who runs this place is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. It's worth stopping in even just to look around. The outdoor track is also a great place to play around when you're looking for a good place to get your rc out and moving.

The customer service I have received in the last 2 days have been absolutely amazing. I can't remember the last time that I've been helped so much. I came in with issues with my 10 year old RC truck. And he help me get it back on the road. He also fix things on it that I couldn't fix, and the best part was he did it for free. But I was so amazed with his generosity that I gave him 20 bucks for helping me. Definitely going back every time I need parts or decide to upgrade my 10 year old RC truck, his prices are very reasonable. He doesn't try to rip you off with parts you don't need. And overall great guy if I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He's a damn good example of why we need to keep small businesses alive. I guarantee you will not regret going there.

I drive 50+ miles to get all my rc stuff from this family owned and family run shop. Its nice to replace a broken part the same day you break it. I got tired of ordering online and having to wait and then getting the wrong item sent and having to try to return the item all the while my rc is down and not being used. I remembered this shop from when i was a kid and sure enough 20 years later the shop is still there same owner. Extremely helpful. Super knowledgeable. They have every single misc. Part for my rustler and will help with questions and advice you cant get anywhere else. Prices are really good. Cheaper than amazon most the time. Please dont change a thing about this shop. I hope they stay just how they are its perfect and i appreciate you guys being there 7 days a week and always willing to help. I will always come here for all my rc needs. Thanks for being there.

In the past year we found that our interest in the RC "World" was growing and so this was a new journey we were starting out on. We were a little overwhelmed with trying to purchase vehicles online and didn't really know what kind of batteries and chargers we needed. We felt we found a good, fair price online but still wondering if we could get generic batteries to save some money but wanted to ask someone that might be able to give us some direction. We stepped into this little shop and would have to say we felt as though we entered a step back in time, the instant we opened the door, with all the Friendly, Pleasant and Super Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff! Here we found a very trustworthy wealth of information and felt very comfortable asking any question we wanted to regarding RC Vehicles. They respected our "newness" to this sport and gave us so much time and support in our questions that we ended up purchasing everything from them. They actually saved us money in the long run by steering us in the right direction and staying away from mistakes we may have made in not understanding some of the ins-and-outs of RCs. They will be our one and only "go to" for all of our RC questions and needs. Their pricing is very good, fair and spot on! We are So Happy we found you J&S Rc Hobbies Plus!
