My significant other, granny cat and I stayed at one of the furnished units on Grand Ave from May-September. Leslie is very responsive and an A+ landlord. Her rental price was very fair considering the current rental market and we loved our location by the water near Grand Ave Park. If you're staying in the summer, the unit didn't have A/C, but we asked beforehand and brought an old unit with us. We would certainly reach out to Leslie again if we ever venture back this way!

Intern coming from Texas and this was perfect. Wanted a comfy studio for the summer and this checked all the boxes! Met others staying in the building while grilling outside and all were nice. Had everything I needed and the owners were always easy to stay in contact with. Very happy with my decision!

Was only going to live here for a few months but ended up staying for two years. Right next to the freeway, downtown, and the hospital. Mike and Leslie were great landlords - understanding, quick responses, accommodating. We lived in a pre furnished unit and it had everything. Great option for anyone packing light for a few months or someone living on their own for the first time and doesn't have a lot of belongings. Would definitely recommend!

Mike and Leslie are hands-on property owners. They care for the physical properties as if they would be staying in them, Starting with grooming the outside appearance, choosing tenants who respect each other, to maintaining the furnishings and appliances. We enjoyed living in one of their units for 4 months, and will gladly consider them when we have another opportunity.

Stayed at one of Mike's properties for a travel nurse assignment in Everett. It was perfect for me. Super convenient and close to the hospital and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed in one of their properties for 3 months while on assignment working at the hospital in Everett. Unit was very well maintained and clean. Any service requests were dealt with quickly. Communication with Mike and Leslie was easy and open. We would definitely try to stay with them again if we come back to the area :)

I was delighted to find both a true fully equipped apartment and grand owners. Not to mention the property manager who was always available at a moments notice with patience relative to my less than stellar computer savvy.
The owners obviously take pride in the building and a renters experience.
The building and apartment was spotless, quiet, in a pleasant neighborhood, close to freeways, grocery stores and restaurants.
I felt very lucky to live there for a few months and I am hopeful I will be able to take advantage of their hospitality in 2022.

The property is very well maintained. It definitely has an antique vibe going, and the cutest clawfoot tub. I was on a work assignment, at the hospital, in Everett, with my husband. My apartment was very affordable, cozy, clean and in a good location for work & groceries. The landlords, Leslie & Mike, are very easy going, accommodating, & awesome work with. They are also responsive with any requests, in a timely & efficient manner. I'd definitely stay here again.

When first coming to the greater Seattle area my wife and I looked intensely for a furnished unit due to the fact that our furniture is stored until such time that we can purchase a home. Such units are just not that easy to find, so when we found Short Stay we were fortunate enough to move into one of their Everett units. We currently reside in the Clark Mansion and would highly recommend it to anyone. Great neighborhood, with comfortable furnishings while our particular unit has a great view of the sound. Landlords/owners are mindful of any needs should they arise and they keep the premises clean and ornate. We feel fortunate and blessed to have found this place.

This is my second stint here with these properties. Well maintained, furnished and a short term lease make this a prime rental choice. The owners are friendly, respond to anything that needs fixing and the buildings are in a nice, safe area of Everett. I walk at night and feel comfortable in the neighborhood. Definitely worth your top consideration when looking for a place to stay.

We couldn't ask for more responsive and thoughtful people than Mike, Leslie and Dave. What was to be a few months has turned into a year-long rental while we look for a home after relocating. They have been great. The apartment building and grounds are well-maintained, and the building is quiet and home-like.

We have been living in the Marlborough apartments for 6 months - owners and maintenance have been very helpful and respond quickly. Our apartment is fully furnished with a great view of the water! Building is quiet but residents are also friendly!

We moved to the Everett area and needed a furnished apartment until we secured a permanent residence. Our plan was to stay for six months and we ended up staying for over a year. The house is well maintained inside and out. The location is very convenient. It is only two blocks to the QFC and three blocks to the Everett Transit Center. We had easy access to I5. The owners are friendly and quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls. I highly recommend ShortStayOk.

Wonderful property/apartment. Extremely smooth process to rent. I've been living here for almost 2 years and couldn't ask for better landlords. Dave keeps the properties looking beautiful and is quick to respond if there is an issue. I feel very fortunate to have found MJ Rental Properties.

The unit was just the right size ...clean... well-equipped...overall it pretty it was great. Walking distance to downtown and right on the #7 bus line very convenient. Management was excellent to work with.

I have lived in one of their apartments for 1.5 yrs and the entire experience has been excellent! Every interaction has been friendly, helpful, and responsive. The maintenance is excellent and the so is the living experience.

I have been living there for 6 years almost. Owners are nice folks, very responsive, and take care of the place very very well. They decorate for Christmas, the grounds are well cared for, and clean. Very nice place to live.

Rented from them for 4 years. They are great. Keep things well maintained. Fixed any problems in the unit right away. Rent to great people, never any problems with any other tenants. Very fair on move out.
