We’ve been attending Union yoga for close to three years now. It’s by far the best community-centered studio I’ve been to in all my years of yoga-ing. The teachers are fun, knowledgeable, kind, and super approachable, which makes it easy for beginners and advanced yogis alike to feel comfortable in the space. The more you go the more connections you make with people there. I would highly recommend this place to pretty much anyone with an interest in yoga. Truly a gem of a studio!

I've been attending Union Yoga since almost the beginning. I love everything about this studio. The teachers care, the atmosphere is welcoming, and it truly feels like home.

This place is amazing and always feels like home. You are empowered and supported at any point in your practice from the instructors and other students. You'll even share some good laughs together! It is an amazing space and you will love it!

I have been going to Union Yoga for the last few months and it’s been great! The instructors are fantastic, so knowledgeable and friendly! I appreciate the variety of classes, flexible schedule, teaching styles and personalities. The classes are creative, challenging and restorative all the things I was looking for. The owners, management and staff have been so kind and helpful!

Union Yoga is the first studio that I have ever come to. I will be forever grateful that I found this wonderful gem! I am a naturally introverted and shy person so I have always practiced from the comfort of my own home. From the very moment that I walked through the door I felt comfortable and knew that I was in a safe place. All of the instructors are absolutely amazing! They each bring their own unique version of light into each and every class. I have always been encouraged to work at my own pace and I have never felt less than for not being as experienced as some of my fellow Yogi’s. Needless to say, I no longer practice at home- I come to Union Yoga instead. New to Yoga or looking for a new home- Union Yoga can be a place for you! Hope to see you on the mat😀

Union Yoga is a great yoga studio! It is a much needed and welcome business in growing Everett, and while many of its loyal students live in the nearby North Everett neighborhood, I know fellow students who come from all over Snohomish County. The owner, Kari, is a fantastic teacher whose many strengths include providing helpful instructions and adjustments throughout her classes. The other teachers at Union are also outstanding, each with their own style and vibe. The studio offers a variety of classes, so one day I might be sweating through challenging poses in a demanding vinyasa class and the next day I might be stretching everything out and focusing on my inner well-being. Overall the studio has a friendly, calm, laid-back feel, and its members and teachers and owner welcome all practitioners--men and women of all ages and levels of fitness and experience with yoga. I definitely recommend Union Yoga and have been very happy with Kari and the other teachers.

This studio is wonderful for so many reasons. I was instantly welcomed and felt such warmth from I believe it was Taylor, instructor Cal and her adorable pooch. The aesthetics are beautiful and the class was dynamic, fun and unique. Also love the contemporary music played as that is more my jam than traditional. So stoked to have a new favorite studio in the Everett neighborhood. Will be going back and highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of attending Taylor’s Restorative Yin class, something I needed dearly. The atmosphere is probably the best studio I have ever been to. Taylor made it a top priority to check up on everybody in the class to ensure everyone was doing well. Her calming nature really transported me to a place of stillness. My breath-work had never been so controlled in my life. I wish I lived locally so I could join her class weekly.
I will absolutely return to Union Yoga Co. the next time I’m in town.

UPDATE: a year+ later and Union Yoga is still my happy place! So much more than instructors and students doing yoga, this is truly a yoga family coming together to practice. Cal and Tanya radiate love and support for their union family. This is my 2nd home and one of my favorite places to be ❤🙏💯

Union is the best Yoga studio in the area. I’ve been to only 2 or 3 classes so far and enjoyed each one immensely. All of the teachers are super friendly. Creative flow was fun and strengthening. The slow flow was refreshing. I highly suggest going to this studio. The best!

Union Yoga is immediately home. As soon as you walk through the door you are welcomed by the clean and stylish decore and bright and cheerful staff. It has been a delight to move to Everett, and to find this gem. The Staff is amazing and the studio just warm enough to get you sweating. Can't wait for my next class!

I couldn't agree more with the positive reviews for Union Yoga. You're always welcomed with a smile, the classes are so diverse & it is super centrally located. The owner & instructors have created such a welcoming environment, I'd recommend this place to anyone no matter your yoga experience!

Studio is amazing. You walk in and instantly feel your self relaxing. The instructor made this old lady first time yogi feel at home. Gave me alternative moves for my personal physical limitations. Loved the energy. I left feeling a part of a community. Thank you Union Yoga for making me feel comfortable to explore yoga for the first time.

I decided to try the two-week intro deal and after my first session I knew I'd want to commit to more than that. The space is so unique and simply beautiful. From the time you walk in the door, the good vibes can be felt instantly and a sense of calm is all around. The owner and other instructors are warm and knowledgeable and, although I'm a novice Yogi, I've never been made to feel like one at Union Yoga. Quick to respond on their website, super cute apparel to shop in clean, safe atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I have never been to a yoga class but have always wanted to so when this studio opened up near my house I decided to give it a shot. I am super out of shape and I get embarrassed easily and I have never picked a better place to go! Everyone was so sweet and judgement free. The space is so relaxing and beautiful I want to live there. The instructors are so amazing and I now can't imagine not going... I will be recommending all of my friends to go!

I started attending classes at Union Yoga Co one year ago. Thanks to the variety of teachers, intensities, and class times they offer, I was able to start off mellow & work my way up to a level of fitness I haven't felt since my early 20's. I've lost over 50 lbs, my digestion has improved 100%, I'm sleeping well for once in my life, and I just feel so good in my body every day - all without any injuries or setbacks. I cannot imagine a safer, healthier, or more supportive environment for anyone to get their lifestyle back on track. Take it from a guy in his early 40's who's worked sedentary desk jobs for most of his life & had a poor diet to boot - there are no magic tricks, miracle diets, or easy solutions to getting & staying healthy. But all you really have to do is show up on your mat; Kari and her amazing colleagues will help you find everything else you need. I am so grateful for Union Yoga Co!

This place is beautiful! The owner is so kind and informative, she was truly born to teach yoga. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. They really have created a beautiful safe place for all levels. You’ll feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. 10/10 will recommend to everyone!

This is what a yoga studio should be like! If you have ever tried yoga but didn't like the studio atmosphere, then try union yoga. It is warm, spiritual, inviting and the teachers are exceptional.
