Nancy worked with me to design the most beautiful custom wedding band! My engagement ring is kind of a funky shape, and I was very particular about wanting the band totally flush. She worked with her wax carver to design me the ring of my dreams for a super reasonable price (in record time, might I add!), and gave me a great deal on a wedding band for my fiancé. I’ve gone to Nancy for my jewelry needs, and wants, for over 25 years. She designed mine and my husband’s wedding rings, plus recently helped me redo a diamond ring I inherited from my mother, turning it from a somewhat dated 70’s cocktail ring into a beautiful classic ring that I know I’ll happily wear for the rest of my days. Her small shop always carries lovely, interesting things, but if you’re looking for custom jewelry that’s where she really shines.

This cute shop is amazing! We had our wedding rings designed here and are incredibly happy with them. Nancy, the owner, is friendly and so flexible! We would absolutely recommend this to anyone in the Seattle area looking for a jeweler!

Love this place. Very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. In spite of its small size, has something for everyone--many prices points and styles. I shop there often just to see what is new. I have had jewelry re-sized, fixed and cleaned and never worry that it will come back damaged or with the stones changed. Great, great place.

Nancy did a wonderful job on my ring! She was so flexible when I decided at the last minute to have some design and gem changes.

Comfortable environment, nice selection, and very accommodating. A place with original pieces. I think this is a place for someone who is looking for jewelery that isn't massed marketed like Ben bridge, Shane co, kay, etc and wants a better understanding of what they are buyer. I'm new to gems and jewelery. The owner educated me, took time to understand, and shared options that fit what I wanted. I didn't feel pressured to buy. I look forward to going back.

Had the engagement ring resized and they did an awesome job! They were fast! The lady at the counter she is very helpful and very nice. I definitely recommend this place!

My favorite and only jewelry store. The best prices in town.

It's appointment only though there is no place that is posted on the door or internet but the person working will let you know, quite rudely I might add. I was recommended because of Erickson's "skill" but if the attiude of the employee is any reflection of the owners then better to support another jeweler with slightly less skill than support a company that treats the customer like an inconvenience.

I went to get the the tiny rhinestone that had fallen out of my Skagen watch replaced. As I entered, the woman inside asked if I was there to change a battery, without a hello, or any sort of salutation, mind you. I explained my issue, and she told me I would be better suited going to another establishment because her watchman only does Rolexes. I took my lowly Skagen and will not return.
This was at least 2 hours before the posted closing time as well.

Know your market, ma’am. And learn some manners

We called her tild her exactly what we had. She refused to resize my moms ring & refused to clean my band so we had to drive an additional 15 miles to take it to the jewlery store we bought it the sizing is costing us more. We'll never return & we do not recommend this place. She treated us like trash frim the secind we came through the door.
