Connor went above and beyond with my LX570. While I was at work, some kid hit my car (hit and run) but thankfully I had a witness that left a note on my car with all the details. Immediately after the incident, they let me come in even though it was right at closing time and get a quote and got the quote to me the same day. Not only are they super helpful but the work was top notch and my suv looks amazing! I will only be getting our vehicles body work from Top Tier Collision! Connor was so patient with my requests and concerns and he even sent me regular updates while it was in the shop, definitely helped with ease of mind. Again, thank you Connor for all of your help in getting my black beauty good as new. 🤠

I called Land Rover Seattle for a recommendation for body work needed after a sideswiping accident. Connor and Top Tier Collision did not disappoint. They worked directly with the insurance company which was helpful as they can be challenging to navigate. Of course, the insurance company's estimate was quite a bit lower than the final cost, but it was all taken care of. They took the steps to feather the paint into the non-damaged panels to ensure a seamless finish. They also checked the alignment to make sure it was purely cosmetic damage. I highly recommend them.

I got rear ended by a motorcycle recently and was able to get an estimate from Top Tier the next day. My neighbor said other places had a 3 week wait time just for an estimate. Connor (who I think is the owner) was very nice and informative. As a woman, I've never been to an auto place that didn't just brush me off. Connor broke everything down and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions. It only took a few months to get my car in and it took them 5 days to fix it. (Also, that white line in the repaired picture is the reflection from a white line for a parking spot.)

I had an amazing experience with Top Tier Collision. The customer service was outstanding, and I was so pleased with the service I received from them. They went above and beyond with their level of care and consistent communication throughout the entire process. I often feel nervous when it comes to auto mechanics but I felt very comfortable with all of the mechanics here. I HIGHLY recommend Top Tier Collision!

Connor and his team of Auto body technicians at top tier collision did an amazing job on my 1978 Corvette it's like it just rolled out of the showroom in 1978. they were able to match the color exactly and the decals and all the original emblems even found a new bumper. The quality of the paint color match was perfect👏💯I would highly recommend their service whether you're doing a full restoration or repainting the entire car or just getting some fender bender fixed you can count on them too give you a square deal & top quality work. The value I received for the price was big. The team painted a wing and some body parts for me off the car, which is a unique job that many shops charge a bit too much for (in my opinion). Top Tier's price was fair and reasonable for the work at hand.

None of that would matter if the quality wasnt there, but it was. The paint matches my car beautifully and I am very happy.

I am even more happy with the quality of commuinications and professionalism of Connor and his team. He was always punctual, respectful, and clear with his communications and timeline.

Conner and his staff are the best! Took care of my car after a no fault accident. They dealt with the insurance for me so I didn't have to. incredibly professional would take my car there again if needed!!!

My driver side rear Corner panel on my 2010 dodge ram was hit and smashed in so I decided to take it to Top Tier Collision. Connor and his crew did an amazing job with making the repairs and matching the paint up with the rest of the truck. The job was done faster than expected and they actually detailed the inside which was totally unexpected. I'm so happy I went with them and I'd definitely bring any of my vehicles back to him. If you're wanting your vehicles to look like new again I highly recommend you bring it to Top Tier Collision.

Took my truck to Top Tier to have custom mirrors installed that included welding a plate into place and reinforcing the door. They did a great job. They also stripped and painted the hood and center gray stripe. The blue was blended in.
However I have to comment on the integrity of Connor and this shop. After getting home I noticed a couple minor issues and they quickly resolved those issues and got my truck back to me. Thank you much for your work on the truck!

Someone did a number to the front corner of my Ford Escape and Top Tier gave me an estimate quickly, answering any questions my wife or I had about the process and putting our minds at ease. Once the car was in the shop, they were easy to get a hold of to give me updates on the repair and their customer service was amazing. The repair is flawless and you wouldn't be able to know the car was ever in an accident. We are super happy with the whole process and will definitely use them in the future!

We take very good care of our low mileage BMW 528 xi, and it is always garaged. So when we suffered two body damages to our car, we wanted them fixed back to like new condition. The most obvious damage was a dent and paint marring to the front left fender from a parking lot post. We also scrapped the low hanging bumper first on a steep driveway and then on a parking lot curb stop. The exterior paint is black sapphire metallic and we had been told by the BMW dealer this would be a challenging color to match and would require a paint shop with a bake cycle similar to the German factory.

We took the BMW to Top-Tier Collision in Everett, and were extremely satisfied with the high quality repairs and paint match. We cannot discern any evidence of the body damage. And the paint on the front quarter panel and bumper match perfectly with the adjacent original paint. We could not be more pleased with the result.

My 2013 F350 super duty was the victim of a hit and run in which the passenger side of my truck had extensive damage. I met with Connor Harrel and was impressed with the cleanliness of his shop and his professional approach to my issues. He worked well with me throughout the claims process and I was very satisfied with his estimate as to what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. I really felt like he was working for me and not the insurance company. We stayed in touch throughout the repair and i really appreciated that. We had a bit of a deadline to fix the vehicle, a camping trip, and his crew really came through to make that happen.
In the picture below you can see the completed vehicle. The door, B pillar and side truck bed had to be replaced because of the severity of the damage.
I am very satisfied with the work done to my vehicle and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

After being rear-ended, I needed my 2017 Ford Expedition repaired. I had Top Tier provide an estimate, and they explained how they would work with the insurance company to make sure any non-visible damage was corrected. Their shop is clean and professional. Connor (owner) was great at communicating throughout the process. They did find additional damage (trailer hitch assembly) that the insurance company missed, and they made sure everything was fixed like new. All additional insurance approvals were handled by Top Tier. The process could not have been any simpler for me.
My vehicle was ready when promised, and it was freshly washed on my arrival. The quality of Top Tier's work was perfect. Combined with Connor's great communication, I highly recommend this business for anyone needing auto body repairs!

In November 2019 I purchased a new-to-me 2010 Subaru. When I purchased it, I knew I'd need the rear bumper cover replaced, so I contacted a shop I'd used before and another one nearby. They were both fine, but their bids felt a little expensive and their calendars were so booked that I'd be waiting 6+ weeks for my car to be repaired. I had recently noticed Top Tier's shop open up along my route home, so I decided it wouldn't hurt to get a third bid.

Everything about Top Tier fits their name. Connor, owner, greeted me right when I walked in and I could tell right away that customer service really matters to him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. We talked about the bumper repair, as well as some of the other cosmetic issues on my 10 year old car. He recommended different options, but was never pushy. I decided to have the bumper replaced and a paint treatment (buffing of all scratches, polishing, waxing, etc.) applied to the entire car. After my initial meeting with Connor, I dropped my car off the next business day, and I had it back within a few days of my initial stop at Top Tier.

Connor's work proved just as good as his service. Unless you were within a couple feet of my car, you'd think it got a new paint job all around. The OEM parts he used came straight from Subaru in Marysville, as he said that the fit is never quite right if you go aftermarket. Somehow, his costs were better than the other shops I'd received bids from, and I have a feeling Connor's work was better than theirs would have been, too. In addition to the work I asked him to perform, Connor also replaced some clips and reattached a lose trim piece free of charge.

I never enjoy spending money to repair things, but it felt great to support the local guy who fully lived up to his business' name. In the event I need auto body repair in the future, I'll go straight to Top Tier and nowhere else.
