Dr. Neff has been our dentist since 1995. Never had a single complaint. Excellent service. And Misty is amazing! So thankful we found Dr. Neff!

Dr. Neff and his staff are all beyond comparison. Misty is a smiling ray of sunshine every single time. I don't know her name but she has short dark hair and works in the room with the crystals. My daughter loves her and she makes her feel very comfortable. Big thing for a little kid at the dentist. I was referred to Dr. Neff and I have referred many people as well. He really is the very best. Gentle, conservative in his practices and never makes you feel bad or shamed for your dental health. The very best!

The first thing I noticed going to Dr. Neff - he didn't hurt! That was 28 years ago, and it is still true. His dental techs are also gentle and thorough. I have consistently received high quality service and attention. My wife also loves going to Dr. Neff. I actually look forward to going because I my age, 77, I know all will be well with him looking after me.

I had my new crown (I don't feel royal) done yesterday 2/12. It took about 30 minutes and was the easiest dental appointment I've ever had. Dr. Neff and his staff are the best. I don't even have to tell them my name when I walk in the door. It's great.

Carrie is so good. My teeth always feel so clean after she does her magic!

Let me start off by sharing that throughout my life, I've been afraid of having to go to the dentist. I've tried to take good care of my teeth, gums and mouth to limit my need to need a dentist. I know, silly right but true. I still have nightmares if the pain of a root canal, the sounds of drilling into my tooth or the scraping of tartar from a cleaning session. Although they don't do root canals at this dental office, just the memory of the 2 I've had to have in my life timeare brought to mind when ever I'm in a dental office and out of my skin I begin to climb. All my life I've had a fear of needles and it's a big deal when I'm about get a shot anywhere including my mouth. I'm sweating just thinking about it right now. Over the years I've learned, gained and used tools to lessen my anxiety during these times of needs. As far as the staff of Miles Neff and Miles Neff himself, I couldn't have been in better more capable hands. To start, the level of customer service is extremely good. They are so welcoming, everyone in the office is, they've been so helpful in everyway, they utilize current communications technology like texting you info of appointments which is very accommodating, the smiles on their welcoming faces, even though the dental assistant have mask on most the time, you still can tell they have smiles on their faces when they're talking to you through their eyes. The are genuine, professional, consistent, caring, they make you feel important and they make you want to come back. For any dental office to make me want to come back says a lot. Everyone is so personable and I really appreciate that. The office is very clean and attended to and the scenic views from the patient chairs are relaxing as you watch squirrels live their lives amongst the trees. They are thorough and efficient and fully explain the processes as we go along and prior , to set expectations. I enjoy everyone here at this office and have no plans or desires to change to another dental office. I gave Miles Neff's dental office and staff 5 stars because they deserve it! I'd like to thank you Dr. Neff and your staff for simply being awesome and making it look easy doing so.

Misty is a professional and caring office manager who goes out of her way to help.
Dr. NEFF is very competent and careful in working on his patients.
The whole staff are friendly and get along well. It makes going to the dentist very comfortable.

Being new to the area - it's difficult finding new doctors and dentists that meet your level of satisfaction - and I must say that Dr. Neff and his staff have not only met my expectation, but they have exceeded it! From the friendly smile and welcome at the front door to the thorough cleaning by the hygienists - I felt right at home. Customer service is something that should not go un-noticed, and Dr. Neff and his team deserve the 5-star rating!

Miles, Misty and the rest of the staff at Neff dentistry are simply outstanding in meeting all of my dental needs in a friendly, professional and caring way. I have been working with them for decades and they are always thorough and clear about any issues, where they always provide great input, and recommendations, when deciding on my care so I can make sound decisions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neff's for many years and appreciate the kindness and professionalism he and his staff provide consistently. It's always fun and feels like I'm visiting friends. I feel healthier and more attractive when I leave the office. Dr. Neff and his team are amazing.

I love Dr. Neff and his staff! Misty, his office manager is amazing, I think Dr. Neff would be lost without her, and I love Karolyn, for the first time ever I don't dread having my teeth cleaned...she is amazing! Thanks to all of Dr. Neff's staff for making me feel comfortable and safe when I come in for a procedure.

Yesterday I had my first hygiene appointment for a cleaning and check up. As far as a hygiene appointment goes, it was great. Thorough and really more comfortable than I thought it would be. My hygienist, Mary Jane, was nice and very accommodating. What was nice is I didn't get scolded for my little perio issue, and I know better. So far after 2 visits, this has been a very easy and comfortable office. I like these guys, even though they found a cavity that needs to be fixed.

I had a crown fall out over a weekend. Dr. Neff's staff got me in first thing the next morning. The whole staff is welcoming, kind, and efficient. Dr. Neff is personable and professional. Impressed me so much, I made an appointment for the following day to get my teeth cleaned.
