We were at the Bellingham store to buy some outfits for my spouse. While she was trying out I saw store associate assist a senior on her requirements very politely & patiently. Later she also assisted us with our payments & was very helpful, polite, humorous. The store associate Ms Jenny 0230 is a wonderful person & a big asset to JCPenny. Jenny keep up the great work. 😊

Amazing deals on gold and silver jewelry! Also find some nice Christmas clothes. Customer service was spectacular even though they were busy.

Walked through Penney's this evening to pick up my glasses from Lenscrafters. On the way back to the car, my husband spied a great deal in the jewelry department on a Malicifent heart pendant necklace. Totally wearing this to Disneyland.

I hadn't been here in a long time, but was pleasantly surprised! I'd forgotten how much they have -- Levi's, Adidas, etc. Lots to choose from, and we found exactly what we were looking for.

My wife and I needed to pick up a set travel bags. As we live in Canada, we could not order online, so we dropped in at the Bellis Fair JC Penney location. We were assisted by Rick, who is the epitome of Customer Service. He went over and beyond to help us. We did not end up buying the travel bags, as they did not meet our needs, but because of how impressed we were with Rick’s helpfulness, we ended up spending almost 3 hours in the store ( not to mention us doing a whole lot of shopping I.e shoes, trousers, crockery, winter jacket etc that we honestly had no intention of buying. The staff are so kind and helpful and the prices are very low when there's a sale! Lots of stock/inventory.

These guys are the best! They were so nice and set aside a sweater for me to try on and exchange sizes. They were very helpful. I also was happy to hear some of the employees from the now-closed Burlington location were able to join the team.

One of my favorite places to get jewelry. If you buy the lifetime warranty on your jewelry they will send it out to get fixed. Whenever you need something fixed or stones replaced because they fell out it's all covered under the warranty even if you loose the stone and can't find it they will still fix it free of charge.

I buy most of my Xmas presents here. They always have excellent sales, and tons of clothing. Big and tall section for men is great!!!

I always forget about JC Penney. What I appreciate is the great deals. Volume of people shopping there is very low right now at the time of this post. Can pick up online orders so no shipping fees. The hair salon has a lot of great products for sale.

I was looking for colorful t -shirts to pop up my all dark and sad wardrobe. I was sooo happy to find just the style and nice colors that I was looking for. I purchased 6 of them ! Customer service was good nice friendly cashier very helpful.

This was our 4th stop looking for men's Levi jeans for my tall, thin husband.
They have a GREAT selection! Next time we shop here first. Do hope they open up more dressing rooms soon.!

This store is very neat, tidy and has way more than you think. The clothes here were great, plus there is something lovely about shopping in person.

Plenty of parking, the lighting inside is a little dark which makes the store look dirty, but the employee =)..... There was an employee with the name of Farber (I think that was his name, lol) I went to get a dress shirt for my son and found a nice one for casual wear in the clearance racks a Stafford brand ONLY $9.99 YEA!!! But, didn't find what I was looking for, I needed a dark blue in his size (which all I know is xl). I asked if there were other shirts, a shirt and tie combo? The employee said yes, showed me where, left from behind the register, walked with me to the shirts, explained men's sizing, and helped me to pick out a perfect shirt that my son was VERY happy with! I got both shirts (one with a tie for under $50). Thank you for being such an awesome reflection of JCPenny =)

Terrible credit services. They just don't know what they are doing. Grab the manager is a saint. Everyone loves him. Excellent customer service from him and store employees. Credit card company should be fired

the store always seems to have a lot of sales going on they have an adorable selection of women's clothing and lots of cute purses. Staff is always friendly I just wish that there was more makeup to choose from.

Great selection needed some big and tall for my uncle had exactly what I needed plus some good jeans for me. Always seems to be a sale so.

I love this store. I came down from Canada to look for a jacket because I knew the US would be more accommodating to fat people. I walked throughout the mall and found nothing. Just before I was about to leave, I walked into JC Penny and was in awe. I ended up finding a Levi leather jacket, a wool (hallmark look my daughter says) jacket, and 2 suit jackets for only $182 plus tax all together. I am a new JC Penny Super Fan!

There is always good prices and always look on JCP.com because you can find in store coupons. My last visit I found a 30% off coupon and saved an additional $40. Worth the time to find the coupon!
