I have always enjoyed the various art exhibitions they have throughout the year. They also put on their Holiday Market with a huge selection of artists displaying their art for sale. The Holiday Market location changes each year to accommodate the size of the event and the space available.

I especially enjoy talking with the very knowledgeable and friendly staff and it's Executive Director who have their desks adjacent to the Gallery.

Be sure to check out their arts and crafts thrift store, or consider donating items for it. It's rare that I don't find something there that needs to come home with me for a current or future project.

Wonderful gallery that supports artists of all skill levels gain experience and exposure. The staff are all very knowledgable and helpful. Ive enjoyed my opportunities ive had to work with them and they have helped me get a much better understanding of where I need to focus my attention to better represent myself as an artist.

A community gallery that displays local artists work, organizes events, and even has a thrift store for cheap art supplies! Consider joining as a member for additional perks. Update: the thrift store has greatly expanded and is now in its own space next door!

The new space is so nice and airy! Highly recommend checking it out before your next project. Plus, I got this cool little guy there.

A second home to Whatcom County artists and residence. Stop in to see monthly shows that range from Recycled Art to showcasing local artists. Ask the helpful staff anything you need to know about the art scene or anything about downtown, Whatcom County, even the pacific Northwest. Don't forget to slip into the back to rummage through the Arts Thrift shop! You can find office, school, art supplies and more for pennies, donations are always welcome as well.

Allied arts is an art community in a gallery. Each monthly installation is some off the most inspirational, decoratiive and professional artist in what comes county, there is also a secret. Only for true artist it's a thrift store I'm the back but don't tell anyone. Lol

This is a great Non-profit organization that supports and empowers ALL of the Arts in Bellingham and Whatcom County. They have a gallery downtown Bellingham and do showings of the local artists every month.

Also throuout the year are Large special events, one of which is the Annual Holiday Festival with over a 100 of the local artists showcasing their work and having it available for sale.

Beautiful gallery with helpful friendly people. Parking was difficult.

Great resource for those looking four local art, as well as for local artifacts looking for resources and community. Shows change regularly, always something new that catches my eye!

Love to just look around in there reusable craft and art supplies.
