What could be better??? Sharon has thought of everything you want for your lovely, comfortable stay. This studio is beautifully designed and appointed. The sitting area for four contains an array of books you've intended to read. The queen bed is comfy with good lighting. A deep tub in the bathroom with all the toiletries. And the refrigerator is stocked with complimentary goodies. All this and more at an attractive price. A unique, beautiful offering!

I stayed three nights in the sensational Studio Suite. Parking is safe and convenient. There is a view of the bay from the Suite. The private studio is tastefully decorated and stylish. Sharon is a gracious host. For location and value I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

We had the absolute best experience at The Guest House. We stayed in the apartment, which was spacious and had a private patio/garden and mini kitchen. It’s walkable to the waterfront, and a short drive from shopping and restaurants. The owner was so friendly and helpful, we will be staying there again next time we are in Bellingham!

The Guest House is a very special gem that will make your stay very relaxing and a place that has endless comfort. Staying there was the best sleep I've ever had while away from home and it's because every detail has been looked at to ensure a comfortable night of sleep by really having a top of the line bed while your staying there, that definitely makes such a difference for a good night sleep if you have ever not had that in other places. I could have stayed in the beautiful gardens outside surrounding the house because the beauty of the flowers and greenery was so relaxing and so picturesque while the view is overlooking Bellingham Bay, absolutely stunning and so enchanting, a beautiful experience in itself. So I was so relieved for me that the place had very clean wood floors (vs. carpet ) (kitchen and room too) ,because to me it's important to stay in a clean place and this was soooo clean and tidy and I could relax and not have to worry about cleaning when I got there ( I'm a mom so I pretty much constantly clean up after messes so it was a break for me 😉.) So it wouldn't be complete to say that I adore the owner Sharon and Reggie their dog, the cutest dog you'll ever meet and just how sweet, kind and caring she is during your stay, my whole stay will be sealed on my heart forever. Thank you for everything and caring about my stay while I celebrated my sister's 50th in Bellingham.

Just stayed there this past week. the apartment was amazingly well appointed and cozy. Sharon was very attentive to our needs . Plan on going again during the Summer months. beautiful location and very close to bus lines .

Didn’t end up needing a place to stay, but had called to inquire about this place…at first no one answered but a few minutes later I got a call back from the owner and she was as sweet as can be! So nice, warm, welcoming and helpful! I can see why the reviews for here are so great, will def keep it in mind if I visit Bellingham!

Stayed here while visiting Western Washington university. Great place. Great lication. Sharon is wonderful. She came and picked us up and took us back to Amtrak. Had a wonderfun visit with her over beers. Convenient to bus routes to Bellingham. Be sure to meet the dog!! Definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed in the Apartment at The Guest House for four nights over New Years. We absolutely loved it and plan to stay again on future visits to Bellingham! The apartment is spacious, with a dining table that seats four next to the small but very well equipped kitchen. The floors were immaculately clean and we appreciated the sign for guests to please remove their shoes (as that likely helps keep the place so clean!) There is a washer dryer in the unit which was wonderfully convenient, and Sharon had stocked the place with Keurig cups, sugar, and other basics that just really made it a homey and welcoming space. The bed was really comfy and there were extra blankets available.

Sharon was a very welcoming host, and we enjoyed our brief chats with her as we came and went from the property. The front steps are rather steep, so just be forewarned if you are bringing heavy luggage! There is parking on the street out front and the location was very convenient. We enjoyed our walk to boulevard park from the house! Thank you Sharon, and look forward to seeing you and Reggie (cute little dog) again!

A very beautiful place with lots of space. There is a kitchen and the fridge has fresh fruit for breakfast.

Great place!

I called to book and the woman on the phone was nothing but rude. Before I could even ask for rates, She had implied that I should book with the lesser-quality GuestHouse Inn because of the noise interference from the background of my phone. Don’t work in customer service if you’re small minded and stupid!!
