The Atomic Blue Motor Inn

We stayed here one night on our way to the Monument Valley. The room is spacious. The outside of the hotel looks mediocre but the inside is newly remodeled. We don’t have any complaints except the curtains not being able to completely closed together (leave a small gap) but it’s manageable if you try hard. It doesn’t provide an iron neither so if u need to iron clothes you can’t. Otherwise, everything is great!

Quick check in, easy to find, room was large and comfortable. Like staying in a new 1950’s motel but with modern upgrades that did not detract from the 50s vibe. Like a retro microwave! Well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, from the friendly welcome to the local advice and suggestions, to the good sized room. Recent renovations are clear to see, love the 1950s style with a sleek modern twist. Would stay here anytime.

Everyone else already said how cute this little gem is, so I’ll let you take that from them. The room was clean, the staff was all very pleasant, and the location was perfect for us. We didn’t have any pets with us this trip, but having the option to bring the pup is a huge plus for the next time we’re passing through. Definitely one of the most enjoyable and affordable stays I’ve had in the Monticello/Moab area!

Wonderful little hotel! The remodelled rooms look amazing and fun and very clean! The decor was all really nice, the colour scheme was great and fresh, and everything in our room felt new and cared for. It really felt like the owners put a lot of time and care into this hotel.

Check in was super easy and everyone I talked to was very friendly and a joy to meet. They made sure I had everything I needed, and I always felt like I could reach them if I had issues (which I had none!).

The bed was very comfortable and there was enough space to work during the day on the two tables. The internet was also great, and we were able to take zoom video calls all day with no issues. I especially appreciated the table lamps, they were touch lamps and had built in outlets and usb ports so I didn’t have to crawl under the bed and unplug the lamp to plug in my phone into the only available outlet like with so many other hotels.

From the great remodelled rooms to the super friendly staff, is definitely recommend staying here and will be back for sure!

Really enjoyed staying at this nice retro motel in Monticello, UT. Very clean, looks newly remodeled. Love all the retro details, tissue holder, phone, rotary dial phone, refrigerator. Really cute, lots of cable TV options. Blackout curtains on window. No carpet, laminate flooring made it cleaner. Nice shower, bout a little tight fory larger size but plenty of hot water. Front desk staff very friendly. Text communication leading up to day of reservations was nice personal touch. Will definitely be coming back

Right off the highway, cute little motel. Pet friendly, the rooms were clean, beds comfortable. The reception was great they even said they would wait up on us if we were gonna be a few mins past closing. We really enjoyed our stay and had the cutest decorations.

The place was on my way and seemed cute. At check in, the lady was super nice and helpful about area restaurants and road conditions. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a single night stay. I would definitely recommend this location!

You can tell the Atomic Blue was built (or remodel in this case) with abundant love and attention to details, you can also tell the pride of the owner and her staff by how well the place is kept. I am sure most reviews mention how cute the Motor Inn is, but you have to experience the little details to believe it. The pillows, the yellow phone, the Kleenex holder, the list goes on and on. When in Monticello, this is your place to stay. Be blessed and wag on 🐾

This is a great place to stay if you are traveling through the area. My room was clean and I loved the theme and decor. A very comfortable stay along my way to Colorado!

Stayed here 2 different nights on a long trip...going and then returning home a week later. It's located right on the main highway, easy access in and out. Appears recently remodeled. Adorable retro decor! Very clean neat rooms. Great amenities...fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer. Super nice ladies at the front desk. Excellent price for a classy little motel. We'll be back!

Very good experience located on Main Street in Monticello, Utah. Easy to get registered, room was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Rate I was charged was $20 less than another motel in Monticello.

This was the best chose to stay here especially for these money. The room, sheets, bathroom were incredibly clean. Quite and safety place ) it exceeded our expectation 🙏thanks a lot . There was only one minus - very noisy air conditioner. But we solved this problem - we heated our room, turned it off so our sleeping was comfortable and relaxed

Great value. When in this area again, we won’t even look elsewhere, we’ll book at the Atomic Inn!

This place was great. Checkin was easy and friendly. Very clean rooms in fun colors. A nice array of tables, luggage racks, and hooks in the room. Nice hot showers. Relatively quiet, for being on the highway. It is in Monticello, which is rather a long ways from anything and that is the only reason for a subtracted star. Convenient when visiting Canyonlands.

Great 1950s period design with small but comfortable rooms. Convenient drive up to the door access, excellent cable TV coverage, close to outdoor attractions. Friendly.

Great view of the mountain if you get a room facing the Main Street. Best motel I’ve ever been at. Not perfect, but it was great.

The room was decorated so neat. After my stay, the front desk let me know what I left behind. Front desk lady was great friendly.

Cute place. We were very happy with our room. Was clean And look like they had recently updated everything. Must have thick walls because when we walked out of the room. In the morning, we noticed the place was loaded with 6 we never heard anyone. Is a nice older motel, No breakfast but overbite was great.

Stay here! Adorable and fun! Modern updates with a retro twist. Wish I had stayed longer and worked remotely here, they had a cute desk setup in the room. Walking distance to cafes. Super clean!
