Wingate Heritage Inn

Beautiful hotel in a pretty location. Very nice room with a wet bar set up. Clean and well appointed with everything we needed…not just the bare minimum of towels, washcloths and cups. Wonderful breakfast with an attendant always there replenishing coffee, juice, milk, eggs, sausage etc. Stayed at several hotels across the US northwest in the last week and this was by far the best and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again

Despite Priceline not booking our room (and several others, as we found out during check in). The hotel staff helped us as much as possible secure a room. When we went to the room, they were still cleaning, so the hotel staff gave us a small upgrade. The room we stayed in was beautiful and had a full size dining room table and wet bar. It was awesome and the perfect room for us to prepare for the wedding. The breakfast was really good too.

The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent!! Make sure you go early. They might close early if it isn't busy.
The gym was beautiful and has all your basic needs.
The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
We definitely will come again.

An Absolute amazing experience! Me and my stopped on our trip to Canada, night front desk was so welcoming and friendly. And as we left in the morning, we were greated by asking how our stay was and did we enjoy the complimentary breakfast! Rooms were super clean, huge showers. Brand new furniture, and great gym for morning quick workout. Overall an Absolute 5 Star experience with half the price! Must go!

Our pet friendly room was very clean and well stocked, staff was friendly and courteous, parking lot was clean and safe. Location is perfect, walking distance to the mall and tons of shopping! Excellent Thai, Indian and Mexican restaurants among others all just a few steps away! We recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in town and want to be near lots to do

Although the hotel is a bit old it is renovated very well. Rooms are very clean and updated. The down side is the TV service as the guide channels do not match what channel it actually is. Minor issue. The staff is amazing and the grounds are well maintained. I will definitely be staying again.

This is a great hotel when travelling with the family. The outdoor pool was a great hit with the kids, as well as the hot tub. Although the hotel is right next to the I5, we could not hear any traffic noise at all. The check in was quick and our room was ready when it was suppose to be. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was no tub in our bathroom, but a very large shower which was quite nice.

Our room was really nice. The staff at the front desk were courteous, friendly and very helpful. The front desk staff was also very accommodating to my visually impaired wife. Despite many hotels cutting back on breakfast, because of Covid, the Best Western Heritage offered a very good breakfast. I thought their pricing was pretty reasonable for such a nice room.

The staff were very welcoming. They had the air conditioning running in our room prior to our arrival. We were greeted with a welcome bag with bottles of water and cookies. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast had a very nice variety to choose from. The breakfast staff was attentive in keeping food items replenished and the area clean. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel, staff, amenities and breakfast.

Fantastic location. Excellent service from the front desk staff (Nick) and the attendant(Andy) in the breakfast room. Beds are amazingly comfortable, but very high off the ground. Once you are in the bed you won't want to get out. The exit doors from each building had umbrellas for guest use that could be used when you walked from building to building. Hot tub available but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use. This was a spontaneous overnight visit and we will be back. Thank you very much. 😁

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the airport. The staff member checking us in was extremely friendly, and checked us in quickly. He recommended a wonderful restaurant as we arrived late and needed a quick bite. The room was clean, quite large and had a wonderful mattress. The breakfast, which was included, was quite nice with a few choices. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, clean, good location. We had our small dog with us so we were in a dog friendly room. There was no carpeting which was perfect. Sometimes when we stay in dog friendly rooms the carpet has been abused.
The breakfast room and food were both good. For the price it was great!

My husband & I absolutely loved our stay here. The room was very clean & comfortable & a lot nicer than we expected. The location was great as it was close to restaurants, the freeway, & shopping. But the cherry on top was the excellent staff! Everyone was so kind & accommodating. 5 stars!

The Rooms are nice but they have no elevators, You have to walk up or down to get to your room. Breakfast can be in another building. It is a nice breakfast. Rooms are clean with no carpets and I liked the blackout shades. Check-in was easy but slow due to people waiting to check in. Check out same problem, long line. I've stayed here a few times and will return when in the area.

Beautiful hotel. Well appointed by someone who has stayed in hotels, and knows what makes guests happy. The building we were in is very well insulated, making it quieter than the usual experience in a hotel near the Interstate. Several places to eat within the same "parking area." Full, hot, good breakfast included.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Heritage Inn. Staff were professional and friendly from the front desk concierge to housekeeping. The breakfast was definitely one of the better buffets that we have experienced from real eggs with chives instead of the powdered variety, sausages, a delicious strawberry topping for waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, a good selection of pastries or biscuits and gravy, oatmeal with topping options, cereal, etc. We appreciated both the selection and the quality. The breakfast room attendant did an excellent job of keeping everything hot and fresh for guests and dirty dishes seemed to magically disappear. I appreciated that the hot water was not simply from a used coffee pot and that there was a good selection of teas as well as hot chocolate and apple cider as well as juices or milk to choose from.

The rooms were clean and ours on the lower level looked out over a lovely green space. I appreciated that the hairdryer was actually clean and did not simply blow dust everywhere. The beds and pillows were a bit on the soft side for those with bad backs and we could at times hear some noisier neighbors in other rooms. However, the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming.

Staff were prompt and friendly. I wish I had taken down the name of the front desk concierge as she was exceptional as were the amazingly cheerful housekeeping staff. We stayed on night when occupancy was extremely high and they had a bunch of rooms to clean and get ready for new guests.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the I-5 corridor and within walking distance of a wide selection of restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to I-5, the setting is tranquil and beautifully treed with a creek and even picnic tables and a place to barbecue. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely stay here again in the future.
