Erica did a very thorough job cleaning my ears with only a little discomfort. Also having my hearing aids inspected and professionally cleaned helps a lot to keep them in peak performance. I really appreciate the Livingston staff coming to Deming every Wednesday and I highly recommend their services.

Very professional, information was clear and precise, their concern form my safety and continual hearing health was great.

Employees were very helpful in assisting me with a faulty hearing aid. The technician tried her best to get the faulty hearing aid to work, but was unsuccessful, so it was sent for repair. I appreciate their kindness very much!

I started at a different location, excellent service there, didn’t want to leave. However gas prices came up, bank account went down. Same amazing treatment, and an hour closer. It took until I was 34 to get a hearing test. Turned out I was hearing impaired most of my life, and didn’t know it. Granted, being able to hear suddenly is a bit overwhelming, yet to think how much I missed throughout my life. How much I misheard. I could grieve about it, though I can also accept it and move forward in a better situation with doctors who will listen, and as a trade off, let you listen better. They customize my hearing aids every time I go in if I need it. They are knowledgeable about hearing issues, and willing yo help. I couldn’t ask for better treatment. I recommend them to everyone who can’t hear correctly.

Hubby got his hearing aids today. Lots to learn but everyone was patient and moved at a pace we could keep up with. ☺👂✔

All of our questions were answered with language we could understand and solutions offered to all of our problems. From the greeting when we walked in the door to when we left we were greeted with smiles and gentle encouragement

They fit comfortably. Same day I hardly noticed them in my ears. My immediate response is they’re a terrific hearing assist. Huge difference watching tv without them and major increase in range and richer sounds with them.
The hearing test was explained snd carefully preformed. The results were evaluated immediately and explained in detail and with examples of degrees of loss and potential improvement. The expectation was set for me to benefit from the recommended device, improve my social participation and strengthen my hearing abilities . All my questions were answered.
At the time of delivery, my fit and quality of amplified sound was fine tuned. I was given ample instruction in inserting, cleaning and storing/charging. The paired option was initiated and further adjustments are available on an app.
I’m on my 2 week period of getting used to wearing them in various situations and will return for a follow up with confidence.
So far, it has been a seamless experience.
