We have rented from Universal for several years. They are good to work with and have never had a problem. They’ve always gotten back to me quickly if I did have questions or concerns.

We have had a storage unit with Universal for years, first my sister used it, the my other sister and now me. We’ve changed the name on the account and paid in full always. Then suddenly the code for the gate keeps getting changed and I can not get to my unit. Upon calling Universal on the phone they tell me they need to speak with my husband who is working and unable to call. Completely shut out from being able to access my things more than one time is unacceptable.
