Great hotel! Customer service is amazing. Everyone is so genuine and kind. Everyone we talked to in customer service, room attendants and the very nice man helping out in the breakfast service made our trip so enjoyable. The hotel itself is so clean and nicely decorated. Had a great trip and will definitely be coming back.

Loved the location and rooms. Nice breakfast with healthy options. Didn't use the pool or fitness center but it looked nice.
Easy check in and out.
Really liked the safe and secure parking underneath the hotel.

One of the nicer hotels in the area. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and the laundry room is free! Pool and hot tub are kept clean and always stocked with towels. The bar/restaurant area has good food and drinks and is affordable! I definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was laid out thoughtfully and is good. I have missed good coffee. Thank you. The front desk ladies have been great. My room is nice. I appreciate the location as well

So impressed with this hotel. Room is spacious and includes microwave and refrigerator. Friendly front desk staff. Bar and restaurant food were awesome. Huge portions for food items. The bar manager was amazing. So happy we found this place! Definitely recommend 👌

Clean and well laid out rooms. Breakfast was great! The egg white frittata was so good! Usually free hotel breakfasts are at best just good, and sometimes they are nasty, but this one was awesome. They had a variety of choices. Only complaint is that the blueberry compote for the oatmeal was refrigerator cold and so it dropped the temp of my oatmeal big time. Heating that up some would be nice.

Not the quietest hotel, but I'm not sure if that's because needs more soundproofing or because the people across the hall were just really loud. But if they had manners, they would have quieted themselves down after 11 pm. It was quiet once they shut up.

Didn't use them, but there is a pool, spa and workout room as well.

We had a great time here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean, rooms are big and Theresa plenty of parking in front or under. Great location off I5, close to food places and Costco

We got in early, and the front desk processed us quickly. She was polite and professional. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was firm and provided a great sleep. The 24-hour access gym is small but clean and the equipment was in working order. The breakfast was great and had a very nice selection. It was nice to start the day with a hot meal. All of the employees I interacted with were friendly, polite and helpful. We did not use the covered garage. Check-out was just dropping off the access card and back on the road. It felt COVID safe to stay there. I will definitely visit the next time in the area. We don't use the app, as I have been reading about security concerns. Once they implement a higher level of security and I know my points, CC, and personal data are safe, the process will be even more efficient.

Okay, I did have a small issue with this hotel. But they did take care of it for me. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend.

Very clean, rooms very spacious, and I cannot say enough great things about the service! Absolutely remarkable staff, beyond professional. The rooms were truly wonderful. Well maintained and there was plenty of room to sleep. Sofa bed was comfortable and queen beds were large enough for 2 people to sleep on comfortably. Can log-in to online streaming services from TV. There was a separate desk to work on. Bathroom split into 2, convenient for families.

Breakfast was remarkable as well! Delicious quiche and pastries.

Absolutely will stop here again when traveling from Canada to Seattle!

I love all Marriotts, and staff was friendly. There were no locks on my room bathroom doors which is kind of strange, and the building itself kind of looks old, but beds are SO comfortable.

We ended up here last minute, very pleasantly surprised at the modern hotel and rooms. Enjoyed the free breakfast as well.

One of the greatest places I have ever been employed! The hotel is beautiful and immaculate. It's versatile in it's facilities. Meeting needs of weekenders and overnights and continuing into extended stay kitchenettes w/living areas. The staff is wonderful, friendly and always goes the extra Mike to meet their guests needs expediently and to everyone's satisfaction. A must stay experience!

I spent 46 days at this hotel and have to say the service was great the customer service was amazing. 2nd floor Housekeeper was hands down Amazing she was very polite and did her job well Thanks Amber The gals at the front desk made me feel at home.

Very nice clean and spacious rooms. I have a bad back and their beds were great!! And I need a handicap room and they have a very good understanding of how to design a handicap room that is perfect for someone in a wheelchair or disabled. They have separate sliding doors to the toilet area and the shower area so you don't have to fight with doors in your way, and you can just walk or wheel yourself right into the shower. I would like to say Thank you to Springhill Suites for caring enough about handicap and disabled people to design such accessible and caring rooms!!

Newer hotel, clean, lots of amenities and a more expensive breakfast. The Fitness Center was outstanding-more weights, benches and a cable tower-along with the cardio equipment!

Clean quiet and comfortable room. Friendly staff. I'm guessing the place is family run . Don't judge the food by the breakfast picture because the restaurant bar is very nice. Just wish they would get some tangy mustard instead of or in addition to the honey mustard.
