Bellingham Post Office 98225

Excellent customer service is what I witnessed. A man came in upset about not receiving his package, he was rude and threatening. The woman handled it like a frickin boss! She was calm and remained respectful the whole time. We need to lift these mail people up! They are incredible employees.

Good post office.

Usually fairly quick to get through the line. It takes 2-3 days to get a package sent to your post office box once received.

Cary is always nice (not sure if I spelled his name correctly).

•Mail is frequently missing, many times urgently important, even though photos are on Informed Delivery. It has never been recovered and USPS personnel @ this station could care less. This has been going on for over 3 years. 😡
•This is in addition to mail not being delivered every day even though there is mail.
•Terrible customer service.

This little old lady is not very nice. She also makes up rules about taking photos of our tracking labels, which we have done for our small home based business for years. Yelled at some other poor lady in line for not wearing a mask. It's not too often a place lives up to it's horrible rating right away, but this place lived down to the hype.

My package has been sitting there for over a week with no update.

No one answers the phone ever, when i do get a local number I will post it,
