SO HELPFUL!! Came in here to just get a box to ship something through usps and they went the extra mile to help me print my labels/packing slip, give me some tips, and mail it out for me. Cute dog at the front too.

Great place to ship / receive mail. Rented a mailbox here while traveling from out of state, and all mail was received, photgraphed, and cataloged, and I got email updates whenever my package arrived. Very warm and cozy interior, the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

+ If you need to ship anything internationally, this is definitely a good option to make sure it safely arrives. You need not worry about packaging your shipment, bring it there and they will get the job done. It also works for postcards and letters.
- Their fee can be expensive, so use them if you really need a safe postage or reliable service.

Best place to go for shipping. They are so helpful packing and saving my addresses when I'm unprepared. Totally worth going here to avoid the dreaded post office lines and customer service is so much better than any other shipping places. They can do all the carriers and give you the best way to go.

There's rarely a wait, and when there is it's not long at all. The woman who works here is always friendly, and has a cute, friendly dog at the post office as well. I go out of my way to go to this post office rather than the one closest to me because of how inviting it feels.

I love this small business and the lady here is very genuine. I always try to support her, even when I left the neighborhood and moved. I still drive over here to give her business. Small businesses like this are becoming rare and I really appreciate the ones we have.

The person working there was hustling! They did a very good job of acknowledging people waiting in line while fulfilling separate orders at once. They deserve a raise!

Maria at the Cordata Post office was simply amazing! I recently had a shipment of day old chicks coming from Iowa, and Maria went above and beyond in her customer service. She was in contact with me personally the whole way through the very stressful process. Even in the off hours!

I was high a maintenance customer who was scared all my little peepers were going to die on route, due to many snow storms. I will recommend this post office to anyone who is looking for excellent service and friendly reassuring staff. Maria, you are an example of how we should conduct ourselves as front end managers. I am very pleased with help provided by Rickie recently at Cordata Post & Parcel. She took her time answering all my questions and she is intelligent and pleasant as well. She helped me send a box of books by DHL overseas and the rate was decent. Their location is very convenient for me. I plan on doing all my overseas mailing thru them. The store owner was really friendly and helpful. This is the only place in the area where you can ship DHL. She helped us tape up the box a little better and helped us fill out the forms properly.

Watch out for the parking in the area. There are some spots designated for her business, some designated for others in the mall, and unmarked ones for anybody.

I have no words to express this location for there best services, I've been going at this place since I've moved from San Francisco California but today monday April 26th 2021 I dropped off my shipping package with some digits missing in address I call Marie I guess her name she such a sweetheart she help me fix my mistakes with politely and with smile

When I need to mail or ship something, this is where I go. The service is always amazing and everyone is so friendly and helpful. There is typically a much shorter wait time as there is at the post office.
