Infusion Solutions clinic in Everett, WA made my short stay comfortable and I was at ease. Shannon was very professional and never stopped caring for me until my infusion was done. Ashley was always contacting me for my appointment and with any changes. The clinic was clean and neat. Thank you for everything.

Infusion solutions is hands down the most caring and thoughtful medical center I’ve been to. When you’re sick and need these services, having a care team that is so proactive and KIND everyday makes such a difference. The people who work here are a special breed of human. From the reception desk, to the pharmacy to their nurses, every single person here has been SO kind to me. What an amazing experience it has been getting my infusion here. The facility is not only beautiful, it’s spotless!!! I have had 8 weeks of treatment and they are super fast and you are made as comfortable as you can be in the time you are there.

No one wants to need a PICC line or to need infusions. When it was necessary, though, I was so glad to hear of Infusion Solutions to save me from having to go in daily for my month-long antibiotics. I am impressed by every aspect of this company. Excellent communication and very friendly personnel at every level. Fantastic, caring, competent nurses. And the infusion center that I went to for extra blood draws clearly is designed with patient comfort in mind and is soothing and comforting. We are SO fortunate to have this remarkable company in our area to make a stressful period as easy as possible. With the attention to details provided to the patient, it does not surprise me that this is a woman-owned/operated company. Thank you!

I can't explain enough how wonderful the staff from the Receptionist, Nurses, Pharmacy, Intake and yes even info in billing, helped my husband promtly in a time when he was in severe pain. Charge Nurse Shyloh called the next day to check on him also. They show such compassion and a environment that didn't feel clinical. They offered a warm blanket, snacks and juice while he was there. The room was so comfortable set up to feel like home with a TV and comfortably relaxing chairs to be treated in. His Nurse Kathleen was exceptional, patient and compassionate. The environment you can tell the staff love there job and love what they do.

I genuinely can not speak highly enough of the staff here at the Bellingham location. I have the most supportive team and they constantly make sure I’m doing okay even though I see them quite often they never make me feel bad for my questions or concerns I wish I could give them a million stars because they have truly and whole heartedly changed my life!

Infusion Solutions entire staff is immensely knowledgeable & immensely trained in each of their particular departments. They only hire the very best personnel for all their office, pharmacy, delivery drivers, & nurses, all of whom are extremely adept at their jobs such as In - Home Weekly Dressing Changes For Ports & Central Line Care, IV TPN, IV Infusions & Medicines, & so much more!

Their Pharmacy, Pharmacist, & Pharmacy Staff is absolutely top-notch as well! My Dr. ordered me antibiotics after hours & they still sent their on call driver out to deliver it immediately! Had I not already had used that particular antibiotic before, the on-call nurse would have brought them out & then stayed for the whole 1st dose with an allergic reaction kit just to make sure you don't have any problems! Talk about service! Absolutely 💯% Top Notch Care!

The Staff is ALWAYS kind, helpful, happy to hear from you, & excellent at each of their particular departments such as scheduling, supplies, deliveries, billing & patient care. They're Also All Very Professional & Always Put The Patient's Needs First & Foremost.

Delivery Driver's are all amazing & super friendly with deliveries made once a week, on the same day each week, for your weekly supplies.

From top to bottom & bottom to top you get a real sense of communication, team work, a group of people who love working together & being able to make their patient's lives easier while making us feel they truly do care about each & everyone of us!

I recently got diagnosed with COVID 19, and the staff at Infusion Solutions took exceptional care of me. My provider sent in an order, and a mere two hours later I was in the facility getting an infusion...incredible speed and urgency, which I appreciated very much. My RN Sheri was kind, compassionate, thorough, and super professional. All together, it was a great experience for me. THANK YOU!

I can’t say enough good things about infusion solutions. They were accommodating, quick, friendly. The nurses and the staff were welcoming and funny and put you at ease. They were on top of everything. If you need an infusion center this is the place that you should go.

I love this company. They sometimes have to come to my house to set up some home infusion and they are really good at it. They deal with my insurance company so is never a hassle there.
I have to have an IV started and left in for several days and the nurses are amazing and come right out if I ever have any issues with my IV.

I will continue to use them forever.

Was totally awesome. Nurse was caring and professional. Painless procedure, quick and easy. Actual infusion took less than a minute for the antibodies. Best part was we got to chat and watch old Western movies while she patiently waited over an hour to insure I had no adverse reaction to the procedure. A+

After dealing with a large, national company for many months I was able to convince my health insurance company to change over to Infusion Solutions. They have been great to work with. They always have a real live phone presence and have my account ready to pull up. They have been perfect in getting products and supplies to me as needed. They give me follow up calls to see how things are going. This is a great local company that I highly recommend.

From start to finish Infusion Solutions provided me with the most friendly, caring and professional service I could ask for. Getting healthcare at home can seem like a very comfortable way of being treated but when your not surrounded by the constant supervision and care you would at the hospital it can be a scary thing to do. This place eliminates all of those fears and ensures your set up to be taken care of properly. With 24 hour service they were available to answer any questions over the phone or if I really needed it come to my home to fix any issue.

I especially enjoyed the nurse they sent out to start my care and teach me, Rachael. She was so knowledgeable, kind, professional, and I could tell she actually cared about my well being.

She was easy on the eyes too :)

Nothing is worse than dealing with unexpected health issues. Knowing the folks at Infusion Solutions like Lauri, Mandy, Michelle in the pharmacy and the rest of the amazing staff have my back makes coping so much easier and bearable. The nurses are patient and seem to truly care about what’s going on. The Pharmacist, Michelle, has gone above and beyond on many different occasions for some of the special needs meds I now find myself needing. Couldn’t be happier with their service/knowledge.
