Snagged two (REAL!) leather jackets and leather scrap for 16 bucks, as well as a sewing book for free.

While the selection isn't huge and the place is designed like a warehouse, the deals you can find are absolutely insane and the work they do is amazing. Don't try your luck at a thrift store- try your luck here, because hot damn.

Was able to pop in and have a look around. Tons of secondhand materials, both raw and normal clothing. Some men's clothes in boxes on the wall but otherwise mostly women's clothing, but if you're here it doesn't matter much. I dug through some of the scrap bins and was able to find what I wanted, and the employees were helpful and cheery.
Beyond materials they had patterns, various tools, some sewing machines, and all sorts of odds and ends that I hadn't seen before. It's a good place to go, even just to wander.
Great place, will come again.

Excellent deals with a great mission! I got enough material to fill 5 big floor cushions for under $25 🙏👍

Undoubtedly, Ragfinery will offer you something you didn't come in looking for. Take it, and enjoy it wholeheartedly. Experience it joyfully and with deep gratitude, as though it were a sweet first fruit of summer after a winter dark and biting. It might be fabric. It might be a sense of connection with every living being that surrounds you, as though you are doing what you were put on this Earth to do: to gather brightly colored things with a basket on one arm; to sew a quilt for a loved one; to share a moment of appreciation for something beautiful with a stranger.

Nobody needs to know how many times I've lost my wallet this year. It's not important. However, this store was the home of the best wallet-losing experience I've ever had- and I felt this positively about Ragfinery even before this happened. Imagine! Go forth and look for sweetness and simplicity. We reap what we sew. 🧵 🪡 💙

Ragfinery is hands down my favorite place to go. I always find something amazing - and inexpensive. To make it even better, I can feel good about helping save our planet. I upcycle clothes and quilts with my finds 🥰

I love this place so much. A sewing & knitting materials thrift store is an amazing idea. This shop is a giant treasure chest. Fabric, scraps, yarn, thread, needles, zippers, elastic, bias tape, buttons, patterns + clothing and accessories. And the people here are very nice. My only complaint is that I wish it was open until 6 or 7 pm.

My new favorite place. First stop for all my sewing projects among other things. The prices are amazing and I almost always find what I'm looking for (and plenty of treasures I wasn't). Last time I even found some awesome clothes on the 99 cent rack. Full bag of stuff, less than $8. The perk is it supports local business and they do great work!

Worth exploring if you need fabric and sewing related repurposed materials. There are clothing items ready wear quality and bins of clothing pieces that will need love or a new purpose. Off street parking was available the day I visited. Nice brew pub very near too.

Great place for a beginning or continuing crocheter or knitter. They sell hooks and needles by weight, which is great for building up your collections! It'll be wayyy cheaper than any crafting store. They also have tons of yarn of all different colors that they sell by weight.

Had been looking for help with a project and brigette was amazing! She gave me advice as well as directly showing me how to adjust an existing pattern and made it fun. Really cheap prices and fares overall, definitely worth making a trip if you’re into fabrics or want to get into sewing.

such a neat place and a non-profit! the front is a thrift-store like clothing shop with fun and funky upcycled clothes. then as you walk farther in they have fabric sold by weight, fat quarters, scraps and discards, yarn, assorted notions, etc. love that they're reusing old yarns and fabrics!
also, very friendly and helpful staff!

I love this place! Not only is it a great resource for donated fabric and sewing supplies, it also has donated clothes and I've gotten some great stuff to wear in addition to old clothes just for cutting up and repurposing.

The staff are all knowlegeable and very helpful. The environment is clean. I've never taken a class here, but they do offer a variety of classes on everything from beginning sewing to how to repurpose old wool sweaters.

In addition, they have started having community events, such as the Upcycled Wedding Dress competition.

It's a fun and interesting place to shop. Go and see what you can find there.

AWESOME place!! Forget Joann's! Staff is kind, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. One lady even brought me fabric from her own house because I was having a hard time finding a tiny motif piece. Now that's caring service.

Please! Don't go there!!!! This place is addictive, the personal is extra helpful and knowledgeable about almost everything you ask them!
You find so many amazing fabrics, patterns and more, even leather jackets! But be aware! Once you go there is impossible not to come back! As a color lover and fabric aficionado ...and a little bit fashionista, I have to say it: It is the most wonderful place to find the best deals on fabrics, is like a treasure chest for any one who likes to sew and more!

Cute little fabric shop + thrift store combined. Patterns for sale, sashiko kits, and jewelry are fun additions to the standard fabric, shirts, dresses etc that you'd expect. They also have classes! I saw rope rugs, sashiko, and other neat sounding educational offerings.

Love love love this place for cheap yarn & scrap fabric. Not the best for used clothes/shoes but still a decent selection

What a fabulous way to get fiber wares redistributed to the creative community. Donated clothing is sorted into fiber type and weave structure, making it easy to locate wool sweaters to shrink and cut into gauntlets, hats, doll bodies etc, or find a fiber type to complete a different project. Other materials such as bedding and yardage are sorted separately. Their are also notions and yarns. All are sold by weight.
I also noticed on the website that community members are offering creative classes. Check it out!

Tons of fabric, most of it higher quality than chain fabric stores and its a quarter of the price. Go here before you go to Joann’s

I just love this place. It has affordable clothing new and used as well as a huge selection of fabrics. Purses too. I highly recommend this establishment.
