I have to wonder what phone number my past employers think I use these days..... Or if they need to come do a search inside this HUD housing to make sure no one is dead or restraining anyone against their wishes. I was having serious functionality issues with my cellphone so I visited Verizon in Bellingham on E Sunset Dr. to see if they could help. I was helped by Trevor, and he went so above and beyond to help me. He is smart, kind, knowledgeable, and I felt very cared for as a customer and human being! Thank you Trevor!

Kristian is an absolute superstar & has helped our family with device upgrades and accessories on three separate occasions now. We could not be happier with the devices we ended up with and the offers she quoted were easily the best around. What a great experience! Kristian will be our first call when we need anything in the future.

Sienna, one of the employees, was extremely helpful and went above & beyond in helping my family get new phones. My father had passed away and the shared family account that had the other lines/cells on it shut off, and she was able to restart the account and upgraded us all to S23s. Will *definitely* go back.

Kristian is great! My father recently passed away and I went in to cancel his account and we were initially told over the phone by the corporate Verizon rep that I would have to go to the store in the mall to get the process started. I was reasonably ok with this but Kristian wasn't and called her GM and then corporate one more time and got everything sorted out right there! She was amazing and really turned a tough moment into a positive for me. I have also worked with Scott and he was great as well!

I went in there looking to see what phone options they had after just frying my old phone in water. I already had a pre existing plan with them so I was just looking for a phone, but the main reason I’m writing this is because I had a stellar time with one of their associates Max. he made the experience super enjoyable and very easy to understand. If anyone goes in there ask for Max. He doesn’t come across as one of those smarmy sales guys even in the slightest. Very satisfied with the service I got from Max

Max has gone above and beyond to help me! After losing my phone in an airport, Max helped me get a new one set up. I didn't think spending time at the Cellular Sales store would be enjoyable, but it was quite pleasant. When I got the old one back weeks later (airlines lost and found - who knew?), Max came in to help me switch my devices around. So there was no sale happening, and it was clearly his day off. Much appreciated!

This was the best customer service I have ever received at a Verizon store! Conner answered all my questions and we went over my bill together to see how he could help our family save money. He saved us $80.00 a month! I really appreciate his advice and support.
