We reserved our Mustang Mach-E online and they were always there for questions about the timelines, keeping us updated. After hearing nightmare stories about markups, they stayed true to Ford’s pricing. It’s great to have local people you can see and talk to, and to take a test drive. I highly recommend them and have a Lightning on reservation as well. Looking forward to the E generation. LOVE the Mach-E.

Service department is excellent. Had a complaint of a noise in the drive train and the technician identified the problem as a wheel bearing failure. The parts were ordered and the issue was corrected the following week. Always good service at this dealership.

Great experience, they did what they said , and had my vehicle ready when they said it would be done , also after I dropped it off, I received a call from the service department, asking me if I would like my tires rotated , because it seemed they needed them done , I really appreciated that call , because I had not notice my tires needed this service, thank you Bellingham Ford Lincoln!
