LA PARRILLA RESTAURANT

We found this little gem on the internet with our gps. although it says open 10am to 7am its not but he didn't know it said that. We got there about 7 30 and they graciously fed us and man o man the food was to die for. I had manudo Bianca and steak and cheese quasidilla I don't remember what my boyfriend had but he loved it and I've never seen him finish anything but homemade. They were very sweet and I recommend this place to anyone. Yummy. Off the beaten path but definitely. We'll worth finding

🥇🏆🥇 for FANTASTIC authentic New Mexican red chili! Whenever we pass through New Mexico, one of our top items of business is to find the best red chili sauce we can and we got lucky. La Parrilla was our third restaurant in Deming and it’s true—third time’s the charm! The wife and I ate here two days in a row, the food was so good. We kept it simple so the red chili sauce could really shine—Cheese enchiladas, beef enchiladas, chili rellenos and chicken enchiladas. Lightly sweet and milky Horchata to balance the heat. And tres leches cake because *Delicious!* The salsas are also fantastic—a red with blackened bits from roasting the peppers, a green that my wife said was made from tomatillos and cilantro, among other things—both had great flavor. The heat level is substantial here but don’t let it deter you—you won’t ever forget the fantastic flavors and delightful dining experience. La Parrillas is a charming family-run establishment, a very nice environment to spend an hour or two with people you like. We were blessed enough to meet Chef (Mom) Mony, Jack of all Trades (Dad) Filipe and charming (son) server/chef-in-training Julian. There are many Mexican restaurants in this town but once we had food this good we lost the urge to try any other places out. Cheers!

The most authentic Mexican food I have ever tried. From the Horchata to the enchiladas, this place had great flavor and the owner easily very charming making us feel right at home. We were driving from Las Vegas back to Texas and we needed a place to rest and eat. Glad we found it. I highly recommend it

We recently discovered this restaurant and really enjoyed our lunch there. The service was great and the tacos were excellent! So many great local food choices in Deming but add this one to the list!

Unexpected delicious
I was really hungry but I’m always cautious about stoping at those side of the highway restaurants because most of the time food sucks and are dirty. To my surprise place was very clean. Even the restrooms were spotless. I always say that if the restroom are clean then they must also take the time to have a clean kitchen. The food was also very good. Home made taste. The owner was also very welcoming. Plenty of parking and room for two or three semi truck. Will definitely be coming back when I pass through here again

We had a lovely dinner here. Food was excellent, and as out of towners we enjoyed our conversation with the host/owner. He had great recommendations for what to order - and we chose his heirloom recipe: guisado & nopales, which was fantastic. He also explained how cactus is used in local cooking. Highly recommend dinner here!

I definitely would recommend this place, I’m working in Separ NM staying in Lordsburg NM from Houston tx (713) but this is worth the trip.! Keep up the good work.!

A hidden gem in Deming. The absolute best menudo anywhere. The chicharron taco was great as was the barbacoa taco. The barbacoa was so great it will make a puppy pull a freight train. My wife loved the beef quesadilla plate. Extremely friendly owner. Will certainly be back. Real authentic and delicious Mexican food in a very clean and friendly environment.

Everything was delicious but the Chile relleno was some of the best I have ever tasted. Don't miss this quiet spot!

Oh my goodness! SO DELICIOUS! went with something simple (chicken taco platter) sine it was a new spot for me. But WOW, easily my favorite spot in Deming!

This was our second time going and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The owners are super friendly and the food is very good.

Came here 3years ago when i worked in Deming on a short term job. The food was great then. So on my way to Arizona I had to stop in and get some more of their amazing food. It was just as good as it was 3 years ago. The staff is nice and friendly.

Outstanding! Stopped here on a road trip to El Paso. Very authentic, including the Mexican music playing in the background. It's a very unassuming place and was a little difficult to find via Google maps. It's well worth it. It's right off the I10 but you can't see it from the freeway. I highly suggest the enchiladas montadas with green sauce. Definitely enough food for 2 meals.

My brother and I just had lunch here and the service was friendly , attentive and awesome. The food is reasonably priced and very delicious. We love going here. Not as many people seem to have found this little restaurant, so it is usually quieter than other places in town. Great, New Mexican food and good service; what more could you ask for?

My absolute favorite place to eat when passing through town.
Menu is packed with great choices as everything is fantastic.
While the food is great, the level of customer service is what sets this establishment far above its competition.
Get a plate to go for on the road.
I'd highly recommend this establishment.

This place is amazing. The food is authentic and delicious. I'm not very familiar with Mexican food but Felipe walked me through the menu. I will definitely be back.
