I work for LAW Advocates. The reason I have no-bar-review is because almost two years later I have seen this organization is a well-oiled machine and because of the need for legal aid - not everyone can afford it - the demand for civil law services is enormous. We would love to expand our services, and I don't need to say it - many things need more money to do that. This year is our 30th Anniversary - some amazing and dedicated people have brought the ship this far - it's going to need more amazing community members as well as business and industry, and members of the local Whatcom County Bar Association to continue fostering her. It's great to work for a non-profit, it can give meaning to life as a community member. LAW Advocates has a goal to be visible in the community. Stop on by and see how you can be a volunteer in our legal clinics, our offices and our events. Oh and on our Christmas list is a wish to be in our own offices one day!
