The staff are amazing! They know what they have in store and how to get you what you need! Kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, the best! (Just a few ways to describe the staff.)

The store has great sales and they keep every thing very clean and folded. A very good Old Navy.

Mia helped me return some items and she was absolutely amazing. Mia was SO nice to me. The second she said hi to me I noticed that she had such a bright positive personality. It made me brighten up too and it was just so awesome. I love telling people when I notice how genuinely nice they are and Mia was incredible. People like her make the world a better place, give her a raise!!

They have a great group of employees here! I do a lot of online orders for my kids, and whenever I have exchanges, the staff is always very helpful. We were being helped by a nice young lady this evening. She was new and making sure with her co-worker (or maybe manager?) that she was doing everything correctly. Mia was the co-worker that was helping her, and she was very patient and informative. Great teamwork! It's the small things. ❤

I don't normally shop at malls or Old Navy, but I found myself needing a cheap pair of shoes last minute. The store was well organized and everyone we encountered was so helpful and kind.

Familys favorite spot for back to school shopping. Great selection, decent prices and everyone usually leaves happy.

Currently allowing only a certain number of people in so lines were quite long when I went - both to get in & to pay. However thos could just be because it has been so long since people were allowed to shop here & it was a Saturday. Clothes were as cute as ever! Sales were amazing! Dressing room was open. Parents were bringing their kids here (something I wasn't sure about but needed to do for proper sizing.) Masks are optional.

Nice bright store with sections for men, women and children. The tables and racks were heavy with lots of sizes and colors of everything (felt like they're getting ready for the holidays). Not too crowded on the afternoon we visited so there was no wait at the checkout.

I love there store!! They have great service and all of the employees stay positive. I love to shop there because there line of clothes are amazing and are super cute.♡♡♡♡
