Starbucks

So I actually don’t know her name but the barista working today January 25th is seriously the best. She is a true barista with amazing skills. People think it’s a cup of coffee, but when you enjoy a craft beverage, she is the one to go to. She will make it exactly how you like and has no problem with you explaining How to do it. I travel 30 minutes to this Starbucks specifically just because of her. She has an amazing attitude. She’s always smiling and Always inquiring to make sure that you have exactly what you want and this is coming from someone that has a very complicated drink and most baristas when I put in my order! She does it with a smile on her face, and so much love and effort is Put into my drink! These are the kind of employees you guys wanna have, and keep for as long as you possibly can! Give this girl a raise !

I love your Starbucks because every time I walk in I feel at home. One time that really stuck out to me was when I had an interaction with your barista Ashlynn. She is not only great behind the counter, but a great overall young woman who wears a great smile! She was super nice, understanding to my disability and was very patient.

Barista Monica was so nice, when I asked for drink suggestions she asked about what I liked and made me the perfect drink it was so good. I also only had cash and she was kind enough to pay for it on her card and let me give her the cash (they only take card) she was so sweet

I felt inclined to leave this review after reading the last review. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for almost two years. And I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the staff. Including Dawna who has been nothing less than an absolute sweetheart every time i go. Along with Adrianna,Tara,Lori and several others I’ve always been treated with respect and professionalism. And this is coming from a Latino. And as a latino customer who comes here almost on a daily basis, I’ve never witnessed anything remotely resembling the accusation given by one of the previous reviews. Unfortunate that some people are so easily willing to use the race card. By far my favorite Starbucks to visit for my coffee. 😁

Always get exactly the drink I order, they are not afraid to experiment if I wanna try something new. Great people working there too! Highly suggest. Dawna especially is very helpful kind and courteous

Went and got 2 lemon cakes with my grandpa. Really cute girl took our order but I was too nervous to ask for her number. If you see this hmu on Insta @_stevenschwab! Lol

I live locally to this Starbucks and pop in for coffee as opposed to only when driving by on the turnpike. The staff is really friendly and personable, which is nice considering this is a service area Starbucks rather than a full Starbucks. Overall the coffee and staff are great, so full stars review from me.

They still have food, snacks, full drink menu, and Pennsylvania merchandise, but you might notice the selections are a bit reduced compared to a full store.

Hickory Run to save the day! Ordered a drink from Allentown which was made with 4x the amount of vanilla pumps than ordered. Stopped by Hickory Run and they swapped and made my drink right — with a smile, too! Thank you for your kindness and for helping fuel me during our long trip with four small children heading up north to Canada. Thank you!!

The staff we're really friendly and recommend a tasty new drink. It was a good way to enjoy my trip. I got a Brown Sugar late and the Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuchino to share withy husband today. Both were really good.

One of THE ONLY times we've seen a food service employee actually wash their hands between using the register and making orders. AND he didn't stick his fingers right where my husband would be drinking from on the lid. Plus coffee doesn't taste burnt and isn't so hot that we have to wait half an hour to drink it.

Steven the supervisor is awesome works hard and gives everyone a friendly attitude. Moving with a purpose is something u often don't see at these location. This guys was working hard and seemed to care about you as a customer.

On the way home, just stopped in here for a cup of coffee. Service was great! Prices seemed a little high for me, but it is located in a convenience rest stop after all.

My coffee addiction is here. People know us and our drinks! Always fast and perfect. Saturday's just are horrible bc its so busy.

This is a toll road only Starbucks. They are fast, polite, and the orders were done well. Plus the bathroom at the rest stop is huge.

The plaza was busy but Starbucks still got us our order in a timely manner.

Have stopped here several times and the nicest staff ever!
