I was up there today. I took a pair of boots I bought last year in July that were falling apart that didn't even last a year. The lady who owns the store was so nice to me. She gave me 30% off of my new order and threw away my old broken boots.
They have great work boots to choose from and they're really good at helping you pick The right comfortable pair I recommend this store.

I stopped in on my way up north because I needed some good insulated boots for where I was going. Yvonne helped me out with a pair of Crispi boots and Got several different sizes to ensure that they were the right boot for my foot And explained everything about the product. Outstanding customer service I highly recommend and will continue to get my boots from there.

Drove over an hour to look specifically at Chrispi boots. Anne was super helpful and knowledgeable on the complete line. Customer service has become a lost art but not here. Walked out with two pairs of boots and some Meateater swag. Thank you, I’ll definitely be back!

Went as first time customer to buy a pair of boots for my wife. The excellent customer service started before I ever showed up. I had some questions about a particular brand and they were friendly on the phone and then we switched to text to share a pic of an option. The experience was excellent. We then drove over an hour one way to shop. The selection was good and the staff was friendly even though they were busy. Once they had time to help us, they were knowledgeable and patient. Many options were offered to try on to get a feel for a wide spectrum of brand fitment. (They know how to compliment a customer on how the product looks and matches their outfit to make them feel good- something I picked up on with being in sales as well. 😉) The gal helping us even asked my wife if she was having fun. She was very clued into her attitude and demeanor. As we narrowed down the options she gave professional suggestions to try and compare the last couple pairs of boots to make the final decision. Again, patience stands out. Zero push even as we approached closing time. Highly recommend them for an enjoyable buying experience. We could have went much closer to home but I would make this drive again in a heartbeat. The Tony Lamas were just what I was looking for in a combination of class and beauty for my wife. Thanks ladies. ps. The Governor’s Pub was really good.

I'm pretty excited to find this place! Learned of a new hiking/hunting boot brand, and I can't wait for my order to come in. The staff was very helpful and friendly to work with and easy to talk to.

Anne went above and beyond assisting, educating, fitting, my clueless friends and I with purchasing our first pair of cowboy boots. All 3 of us bought a pair and are in love!! Thank you for taking the time to teach us about the proper fit & making sure we left comfortable in our boots!! Also Anne’s daughter was the sweetest helper, very knowledgeable and great help!

A great family run business! Not only do they have great customer service but they support nonprofits in their community too. We stopped by to get boots for my daughters and nieces who are all with the Miss Agriculture USA nonprofit queen organization and they were absolutely amazing with all the girls. Stopped by the next day and my youngest was even giving hugs and blowing kisses like she has known them for years. We will be recommending them to all of our friends and family!

Centre boot company is simply amazing and I highly recommend! We drove about 1 hour to check this place out,and we were simply amazed when we walked in.The boot selection is extremely large.We were greeted with a huge smile and hello from Anne. We were just there to check it out and see what they had. Anne gave us a wealth of information about boots and was all to happy to chat with us. We went back the following weekend and we were waited on promptly by the owner Deborah. Deborah treated us like royalty, sizing our feet, and running around like crazy finding boots that were to our liking and fit perfectly. They had a large tent sale going on at the time, and Deborah was even finding sales items we liked and not pushing the more expensive boots!! That right there is good old fashioned customer service. She truly cared about what we liked over trying to just make a sale. We ended up buying a pair of boots for my girlfriend and a pair of "loafers" for me. Trust me, I will be back to buy my own pair of boots and my girl has her eye on a 2nd or 3rd pair of boots already. Stop by and say hi to Deborah and Anne, you'll be glad you did. They're also pet friendly!!

I met Centre Boot company at the Harrisburg show. They were very very knowledgeable. I bought the crispy wild rock boots. Their customer service was impeccable. I would recommend them 100%. If you want to buy the best boots from really honorable and knowledgeable people Centre Boot Company is the one thank you to Rebecca and Annie.

The staff is always friendly, their selection is unique and has a western feel to it. I highly recommend for a goot pair of boots.

This is a beautiful shop! In case you are under the impression that they only carry Western wear, please know they carry a wide range of boots and other footwear as well. They even have boots for kids and babies (adorable!). The owner that I met was so kind and helpful, and I got a beautiful pair of boots. They also offer boot stretching services. I will definitely be back.

Today, Jan 13th I met the amazing people who work here and I have no words other than amazing. The people who work here made us feel welcome and right at home. If you get the chance I hope you’ll visit them too!

Just stopped in today for a pair of boots for a wedding and n because I just wanted boots. Theu have a great selection of cowboy/cowgirl boots. I'd buy the whole store if I could. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. I'm not from the area and they were able to stretch my boots put for me within a few minutes so I had a better fit. I will definitely be back for boots in the future!

I had just ordered a new felt hat and was looking for a place to get it reshaped (which is pretty tough to do in Central PA). Centre Boot Co did an amazing job! So friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Very huge variety of boots here. The owners were very professional people. They were knowledgeable about the products they sell. Only downside to this boot shop is, they don't sell red-wings boots. Which is because Redwings corporation doesn't want to open any more outlets in the area. But they have almost all the other brands I can think of.

I tried on and bought a pair of high-end Crispi hunting boots and was pleasantly surprised by the expert advice I got, not to mention the friendly service. I know a thing or two about boots and I can tell you these people know boots! Next time I need footwear, I'll know where to go. Highly recommend.

Stopped there the other night... A few minutes after closing and the assuming one of the owners was getting ready to lock up. I asked about boot laces and told her I would stop back tomorrow when they are open and bless her heart she said come and we will fix you up. So she unlocked the door and graciously helped me. Now that is customer service and since then I sent someone there that also made a purchase. Thank you for the kindness as that is not seen much anymore. You got yourselves some loyal customers due to this. Thanks again and I hope all goes well with your new business!

Recently moved to the area from down south and needed new boots. Selection was great and the staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely going back for all my boot needs!
