Josh Cecka at State Farm has been instrumental in my navigation of auto and home insurance. He's quick to respond to emails, extremely knowledgeable, and always eager to assist with any issues that arise. I'll be sticking with State Farm and suggest that anyone wondering should do the same. It's been a pleasure.

An Nguyen worked diligently to help us figure out what different pricing options would look like according to different bundles. Her communication was extremely prompt, thorough, and always had a warm and caring demeanor. Whether call, email or text, An was there to help us. We are switching from Progressive (a cheaper mega-company) after poor handling of our claim from an uninsured motorist. Though State Farm is pricier than Progressive, the fact that we can call and talk to the same agent, or better yet, stop in to have a chat in person, is worth the extra buck. I have been a State Farm customer for 20 years in a couple different states and I find this particular office very helpful and really great to work with. Pam is always so helpful—she is exceptionally patient and always takes plenty of time to answer my many, many, many questions about the minutiae of my various policies. She seems to really care about helping me make informed decisions that benefit me and my family. I also want to give a compliment to a couple of their newer staff members who I’ve spoken to at various times as well—when they didn’t know the answer to my question they were honest and up front about it. They took the time to seek out the answer, and call or email me at a later time rather than risk giving me incorrect details on the phone. I highly recommend Pam and the rest of the team!
