Quality Inn & Suites

I normally wouldn’t stay at a Quality Inn. I stayed here based off of good reviews and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint. Room was newly remodeled and the entire property is undergoing renovations. It was super clean and several restaurants within walking distance. I’d definitely come back.

I was in town to purchase a new car. Priceline app gave me a fantastic price for 1 night. Staff was nice, room was comfortable and clean, location was great. Breakfast the following morning was very good.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable beds and very clean room. The best breakfast of any hotel on our trip!

Showed up and had technical difficulties with a credit card luckily the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and remain calm and kept his happy positive energy during the situation till I was able to get it sorted out. I would like to point out the gentleman named lee at this facility working the front desk as a very kind hearted person and great employee. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels that the front desk isn’t friendly and get snippy but not here. The rooms were great and clean. 100% recommend this hotel. Thank you lee for a great check in process. I wish more hotels had employees like you !

Extremely clean!!!!!!!! Room was very spacious and had everything we need (we had a king room) had a sofa, eating desk, a computer desk and chair, fridge, microwave, large clean shower/bathroom! Complimentary cookies, breakfast, coffee, tea, an ice cold water in the fridge! Nice little garden area outside to sit in. Washer/dryer area (2.50 to use) . Breakfast very good lots of options hot and cold! Front desk staff very helpful!!! You can walk to Perkins, la fiesta, jimmy johns, five guys, planet fitness. Many other restaurants right across the road!
Most of all… it was CLEAN!!!!!!!!!

The room was nice and clean. Bed had nice sheets. Mattress a little soft but very comfortable. Coffee pot microwave and fridge in the room. Coffee in the lobby all day was great and the breakfast had delicious Scrambled eggs and Sausages and waffles, juice , yogurt and different breads. Beautiful outdoor seating at breakfast. Plus Perkins and a fun mexican restaurant were adjacent. All the staff were very helpful and kind. The suite had a chaise lounge and pull out couch.

We stopped here late at night and Lee aka Barry Allen was so friendly. He was patient and quickly got us a room as we only planned to sleep a few hours. Lee your attitude is exactly what good customer service needs and most places are lacking in this world today. This hotel was also very clean and beds were so comfortable. Barry Allen I hope you will be the manager one day. You would thrive very well.

Clean rooms. Great value for the cost of the room. Fantastic employees. Excellent breakfast with a wonderful Lady who enjoyed teaching us all how to make waffles without making a mess. Close to the VA and the ballpark. Met some great Norfolk Southern employees while there. Plan to go back many times in the future. Many vendors close by for shopping.

I really, really liked this Quality Inn. They were very friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast is a usual, but still good, continental breakfast. But they have mini waffles, so thats a plus.
I would absolutely stay here again. Best Quality Inn that I've stayed in so far.
Also, they are pet friendly. Always a plus because I bring my dog everywhere with me.

This quality inn in Altoona is indeed a QUALITY hotel; this place definitely lives up to its name! The rooms are very comfortable with all updated amenities at a price that is reasonable! Customers also truly get a genuine hot breakfast that’s complementary! I highly recommend.

Tara, the manager was awesome and very accommodating. Also, Lee was very helpful, friendly and accommodating as well. The room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! Will definitely stay here again when we travel through.

Although a little dated (smells old), the room was perfectly clean and our stay was extremely quiet. $25 pet fee was very reasonable. Okay area to walk the dog behind the hotel, and good proximity to a lot of takeout.

Price was amazing! Hotel is definitely older/outdated but the rooms were nice, clean, and the staff was great. There's a garden/patio area in the back which was also really nice.

Very clean, amazing hot breakfast for a hotel! Good breakfast spread. Staff that I have met in or around the hotel is friendly and do their jobs exceptionally well. I'm in a lot of hotels with my job, so I have some experience! Both the manager, and assistant manager are outgoing and awesome to deal with.

My fiancée and I took a weekend trip and booked this hotel last minute. It was a great hotel and we were very pleased with our stay. It was clean, the staff was friendly, great location with plenty or restaurants and stores close by. The breakfast was great as well! If I had to complain about anything it would be that our shower didn’t drain so when we took a shower we’d just be standing ankle deep in our dirty shower water. But other then that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again.

Lee is the main reason why I’m giving 5 stars! The hotel is good and clean and comfortable but Lee is so kind and went above and beyond! He made checking in a joy, and I wish check ins at every place had Lee! That guy deserves a raise and a promotion. Thanks for everything Lee!
