The entire staff is personally committed to making sure you have the correct insurance, the correct amount of insurance, and when you file a claim they handle it like you are family. They are responsive and check back often to make sure that you feel secure in whatever business they're taking care of for you. You just can't get that level of service anywhere else.

They explained everything to me honestly and concisely to provide me with what would be best fit for me. She stayed on the line with me as I made sure everything was completed and reassured me she was there to help with anything I needed. It made a very intimidating process simple.

State Farm-Mike Springer deserves 10 stars! Our home was recently flooded and Tiffany helped us through every step of the process to utilize our homeowners insurance. In the beginning we were overwhelmed, thinking we had to do everything on our own. State Farm quickly took the reigns and all we had to do was sit back and watch them put our home back together.
