Great atmosphere. Always meet nice people. Really enjoy the hand-dipped ice cream. Many flavors to choose from. Everyone seems to enjoy the burgers, fries, and other goodies that are offered.

One of the best ice cream stands I’ve ever been too. The employees are very kind, they make sure you get what you want, as well as checking to see if your food is good. It takes a little, but there are signs on the walls saying it’s not fast food everything is fresh. I like that a lot because who doesn’t like their food fresh!!! Overall would recommend to anyone!

Have been going here since I was a kid. The new owners fixed it up nice and the food is great!

This is a Teaberry cone from Noel's. Wow. They have a TON of choices, this is hand dipped, but dozens of soft serve flavors too. Very good!

The ice cream an food at Noel's is amazing. One of the best cheese steaks around you've got to try one. This place is great for families lots of outside seating and a very relaxing atmosphere. Go enjoy some tasty burgers or some ice cream you won't regret it.

This is one of my favorite places to have a burger. You have got to try one of their big burgers so many to choose from. They have lots of out door seating an plenty of parking. It is a great place to take your family to enjoy ice cream or delicious food.

Absolute FAVORITE place to drive and get ice cream! Friendly people and Fast service! Even with a huge line didn't wait more than 10 minutes!

The service is very friendly, the lady was very kind about washing the ice cream scoop before dipping. I'm always on the lookout for people who go next level for serving people with food allergies! Five stars for that!!! However, 18 dollars for kiddos to get ice cream is pretty steep, but I will over look for exceptional service 😊

I didn't get much just a banana split and it was delicious I don't have much else to say but it's very lively as well but also relaxing

The food is good and the ice cream is even better. Try their Upside Down Banana Split, it is huge and out if this world. Hamburgers are very good. French Fries are a must have. If you love fries, then this is the place to go. Prices are good, staff are friendly.

Stuff is very good here.
The burgers are the real deal not that pre made junk.
Anymore places give you them patties and a cheap bun and charge premium price.
This is one of the few that actually makes real food.

My wife and I stopped on Sunday for a bite to eat and were blown away by how good the food was. We ordered the chipped steak loaded and it was huge, we both could not finish the sandwitch. The french fires were real potato and done to perfection. Would highly recommend the food to anyone. The service was great everyone was safety conscience, masks,and gloves, and very clean. We will be back to sample more of the food and deserts.

Great Up-Side down Banana Splits and if you love French fries this is the place to go. Staff are very friendly, place is clean, food is very good again. We talked with the owner who bought it 3 years ago. So it has changed hands and he is trying to make it a great place again. This is a must try.

Never a long wait when I come, but it does get busy at times. I enjoy the ice cream here, as it is so delicious! I drive in from Altoona for the ice cream here because it’s so creamy and full of deliciousness. I’ll definitely come back here some day for more ice cream. The workers are very friendly and kind.

Love their specialty hamburgers you can't find any where else and dont forget the garbage fries covered in melted cheese and chili oh my!!! And last, must try their hand dipped ice cream. A+ but be patient. It's not fast food it's prepared fresh! The best takes time!
