Hampton Inn Richfield

This was a nice stop. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was simple but great. The room was very clean and it was quiet. The mattress was a little too firm for me, but my husband said it was great. There is a restaurant right outside the hotel parking lot that you can walk to. We will definitely stay here again.

I’m not sure why this place is rated a 3 star hotel, because it is DEFINITELY 5 star in my books. From friendly front feet attendants, clean rooms, and an AWESOME breakfast, this place has anything you’d need to have a very comfortable stay. They also have an up to date decent sized gym if you want to use it. Will definitely stop here again!!

Stopped here for a quick night on a road trip. This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been in. Staff were all very nice, and breakfast was amazing, especially with pumpkin spice flavored waffle batter (in addition to regular) as a seasonal treat!
It’s close to the highway, across the street from a gas station, and there’s a Walmart 1 mile away if you need. Definitely recommend.

Nice Hampton. Small but high quality gym. Good breakfast. Updated rooms lots of oversized parking. Friendly and accommodating staff. Stayed for an extended work trip tried the Marriot next door based on the exterior and nice lobby but preferred the rooms and amenities of the Hampton.

We were there over Christmas time. Management gave their houskeeping staff the day off on Christmas, awesome! The breakfast was a full breakfast and very good. They even had a fitness center that was well stocked.

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was well maintained and stocked (and that’s saying something cause it was a full hotel weekend).

This hotel was clean, nice, and a professional staff hotel with breakfast included. I always stay in Hilton brands and give this one 5 stars.

It was a perfect place for my stop. Close to exactly halfway between Las Vegas and Idaho Falls. I really liked the location. It's a small town, no traffic, off the beaten path with good gas prices nearby and a variety of dining options.

I recommend Black Bear Diner. Think about really good chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, and carrot cake for dessert.

We were on the road trip and was getting late and need a place to stay for the night. The place was nice and clean. We was told by a staff that the elevator was not working. That was the only bad thing I can say. I hope they get it fix soon. Besides that, I have good experience and breakfast was delightful.

Everything was fabulous and the best hotel stay I've had!! The room is so clean and they did a refresh when I asked for one! The front desk was so welcoming and so sweet and helped me anytime I had a problem and the breakfast was soooo good everyday, hot and filling!! I stayed for two weeks so I talked to everyone quite a bit and you can tell everyone takes pride in this hotel! Thank you for the amazing stay!!

We enjoyed this Hampton Inn while on vacation. Conveniently located, and easy to park. Inside, the rooms are a little dated, but very clean.
The breakfast was very good --- plenty of choices and many toppings if you like waffles or oatmeal. Fresh fruit -- and the eggs were very fluffy.

This was a gem! Haven’t seen a hotel this clean in several of my last business trips. The front desk staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Great spot.

Jaleisa was an extraordinary host. She was very attentive and made sure everything was taken care of for us and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. She made us feel like we were at a home away from home. This was the best stay we have ever had while traveling. Thank you for the amazing service.

I recently stayed at this hotel while driving west on a road trip, then again on our return. We brought our dogs and though the hotel was very comfortable.

While staying at this hotel my husband fell ill and needed to be hospitalized and the staff was OVERWHELMINGLY accommodating. Not only were they helpful when I was flustered about getting my husband to the hospital, they also offered kindness and support in the days following. I was blown away by staff, they were my rock at a stressful time, in a place where I didn't know anyone. I commend the GM!!

The location is ideal for anyone heading to LA, Vegas, any of the noteworthy national parks, and Denver. The I-15 and I-70 junction is close and the views are pretty. Nice hiking trails nearby too!

Huge shoutout to Natalie at the front desk for being so welcoming, helpful and so friendly. She set my dad and me up with a room facing the lot so we could watch our car overnight as we were driving through. She honoured a rate we found online even as our call dropped (driving through mountains). Our rooms were clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. Natalie absolutely needs to be recognized by Hilton!! I can’t explain how at ease she made us feel and how her friendly demeanour really shined through.

Great hotel just off Interstate. Clean pool & hot tub open 5am to 11pm. One of the best complimentary breakfast - lots of choices. Microwave, fridge, & coffee maker in the room. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. After reading previous reviews regarding highway noise, asked for room opposite and was easily accommodated. However the space between floors is not well insulated. Was on 1st floor and could hear lots of footsteps overhead. But I always travel with ear plugs so a non issue for me. If I’m this area again, I would certainly stay here.

Very nice facility tucked away in a scenic location. Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was great. Rooms clean and had good amenities. Refrigerator but no microwave. Decent rate for a night's stay. Parking is a little tight and cars were parked wherever they fit in the back. Would recommend the restaurant next door.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Last year, we were pleasantly surprised at how very nice this hotel was, especially for being in a small town in Utah. This year, the hotel has made even more upgrades. The rooms are simply beautiful, and the entire hotel is clean, quiet, and visually appealing. The pool area is very nice, and unlike many hotels, is open until 11:00 p.m. In addition, a true continental breakfast is included, including omelets, hot sausage, and, really, something for everyone. We travel through this town once or twice a year, and we have no reason to try any other hotel. The price was reasonable, and the accommodations were far better than you usually find in small towns in America, particularly at this price point. This is officially our go-to hotel when stopping in Richfield, Utah - highly recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay here and felt like the room was cleaned according to CDC standards. The front desk was friendly. There was a small fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom had additional support bars if needed. I went downstairs for coffee which was good. There was a small coffee pot in the room that used pods, but it was a on shelf near the floor and had to be moved somewhere else to use. Breakfast was good. There is a nice grassy area to walk a dog. Their dog fee was higher than most. I would stay there again.

Super clean, super friendly staff, great variety for breakfast even To-Go Breakfast Bags. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

This was a charming place to stay to meet up with friends. The Hotel was spotless and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are several nice places to eat close by and its only an hour drive to Capitol Reef National park . The breakfast wasn't that great but it had basic stuff to eat like cereal and yogurt. I prefer a different type of food but for traveling families its ideal.
