Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Great Italian restaurant! You are greeted by the hostess and taken directly through the kitchen where there is a table for two upon request. Hip interior decorating with all things Italian, including a Pope room. All food is served family style so a small order feeds up to three people. The dessert menu is very extensive. Wine recommendations with all entrees on the menu. Highly recommend!

This was a nice clean restraunt. The food was fantastic. The bathroom was very clean kinda wish I had took my phone with me for a picture. The wait staff was very attentive and made sure all of your needs were taken care of. Went for lunch and it was a nice quiet atmosphere. For some reason their soda tasted exceptionally well. I will definitely be frequenting this place more often.

First time here at Buca I’m totally impressed!! Food was amazing!! We had Gwyn as a server she is AMAZING!! Great experience! We will be back very soon!!

Good food with friendly service. The ice cream dessert was huge for 4 people. Huge brownies in them and we got to choose our flavor ice cream. It may seem expensive 12.99 but for 2 adults and 2 kids it was plenty.

Real Italian fare and a real Italian family experience in the Pope Room. The food was fabulous, hot, and tasty. Buca's has a nice selection of beer on tap too.tge wait staff is pleasant, friendly, and responsive to our every need. We will always come back for more.

I had lunch here the other day when the power went out in the shopping center. While this could have been a disaster our Server (who it turns out was also the Manager) was amazing. She came over right away to explain what was going on, comped our drinks and just gave us all around great service while dealing with a power outage with a busy lunch crowd. The apple Gorgonzola salad was delicious and every dish that went by our table looked mouthwatering. We will definitely be back.

We had a belated wedding celebration for 36 and it could not have been nicer. The managers and the servers were very accommodating. Everyone was so pleasant. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. They even gave us the uneaten food to take home. Everyone had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Awesome food and service is always the norm here. The salads apple gorganzola and Ceasar were fresh and delicious, the stuffed pasta dish was absolutely fabulous and the rigatoni and meatballs in meat sauce was stupendous! The waitress was extremely attentive. You can't go wrong for a great family style dinner!

Dinner was amazing here! The food was great and our server (Gwyn) was the best. She made us laugh and checked on us a bunch. We’ll definitely be back!!

This was my first time dining at Buca, I rarely write reviews but my experience here had me convinced I had to give this staff and store praise. First off, working through covid brings my level of respect of these Employees to new heights. (Along with all others in the food industry.) I truly hope that the higher ups see how stressful it is and are showing the employees the appreciate they deserve. On to the dining experience, our waiter was amazing, attentive, and cheerful. The store was extreme clean and I felt comfortable eating here the entire time. (A lot of restaurants I try to stay away from during the pandemic.) Maxi, I believe she was the manager, was so cheerful and bright she really made us feel special and cared for as we dined. The food was amazing as well! From start to finish this dining experience blew all expectations out of the water! We will certainly be returning!

Great experience here tonight! Gwyn was super fun and made us feel at home. My son Benjamin is very shy and she even made him laugh! Maxi helped us tonight too and was very sweet. Service here AMAZING!

My friend and I were trying to have an outdoor lunch date nearby, but it was so cold that even with all the heat lamps surrounding us, we were freezing. We ended up going to BdB instead and it was empty. I was so glad to have the whole place to ourselves because our kids are too young to be vaccinated and we're avoiding crowds. There was one server there while we were there and she gave excellent service. The food was very good, too. I will definitely be back!

After a stressful week of bad customer service experiences, it's good to know some companies still value it. I ordered take out tonight for my family, I called in because my family always needs to make changes to the menu. I spoke to Donna the manger, she was very pleasant and took care of our order. When we arrived they were running a little behind because of a evening rush. Donna came out to apologize and offered my daughter and I free drinks and bread while we waited for our order. Our food was excellent, we ordered appetizer to desserts no complaints. Thank you again for the great customer service.

Great location and exactly what we expected from Buca di Beppo.

Absolutely fantastic. Lighting was just a tad dim but still was easily bright enough to read menus and see the other people you're there with. Very warm and comfortable. The food was the highlight. The shrimp appetizer was absolutely fantastic and the main course was also great. Portion sizes are big enough to share with 2 other people and still have a little left over. Overall just a great place and restaurant for a nice family dinner.

Food so good waiters are so polite. They greet you at the door. It’s a beautiful, beautiful place to have a family gathering. I love it there and bring all my family from New York when they come visit me to Boca

Excellent food for an ok price! We went for lunch and the chicken parm was delicious! Prices are standard for a fast casual (think Applebee's prices). Service was great too. I am excited to find this location-the one near me closed down over a decade ago-I missed this! FYI they no longer have the dining in the kitchen (they stopped it during COVID) but it might return.

Our waiter was Pedro and he was so sweet! We were missing an item we ordered and he immediately went and grabbed it for us! He was attentive, but not hovering which was great! He explained how the restaurant worked and how things were served and to be ordered! It had been years since I’ve been here, but will definitely come back again as long as we have Pedro as our server!

I had an amazing experience tonight. Pedro provided me with the best service. I had the Chicken Perm and it was the most authentic tasting meal I've had in a very long time. They serve very large portions so Pedro suggested I order from the lunch menu bc it is more individualized. It was perfect! Would recommend to any family or couple looking for an intimate traditional Italian meal.
